Joy's Landing turned out to be one of the best experiences I've ever had when leaving her in the care of another. Peggy was super sweet and open from the first phone inquiry to the pick-up. Facility is a great set up with separated play areas and kennels. It looks and smells VERY clean and sanitary. Peggy and her staff immediately loved on Chloe and allowed her to acclimate by walking around and getting familiar with the space with her nose. I was sent a message and pictures to keep me updated on status. I felt completely at ease and peace leaving Chloe at Joy's Landing while I went off the grid to raft with my family for 4 days.

So there was a promotion in may for trade any qualifying phone in and receive 1000.00 towards a new…read moresamsung s22 of your choice. ok so I had a note 9 that qualified for the promotion. so i traded my note 9 in on an s22 ultra. i should have only had to pay 200.00 for it after the 1000.00. the cost of the phone was 1199.00. my husband had no trade in. so he got the s21 that was supposed to be free with a new line. ok so we did both. and let me tell you how much info and stuff i lost because Trevor, the manager, wouldn't let the transfer finish because he was in a bigg ass hurry. so my bill shows a buy 1 get 1 free. wait a minute, I never did a b1g1. if i was gonna do a b1g1 i sure wouldn't pick the cheapest and already free phone for my free phone. i would have gotten 2 s22's. So now, not only am I paying full price on the s22 ultra, I'm somehow getting the same free s21 free again, and they say I traded in my note 9 on the free s21 phone. so I should have 2 free phones, but I don't. now if that ain't a rip off and scam I don't know what is. but I signed the right contract. and how convenient that nobody can find these signed documents that I signed at the Vernal, ut office with Trevor and Kelly. and they said oh if you have problems come talk to us. it's the end of August and I have been complaining about this since I got my first bill and noticed the promotion was completely wrong. I called them, they never answer their phone, and went in to talk to them in Vernal numerous times. the issue never gets fixed. so I'm thinking that the Vernal office is the scammers. oh and then let me tell y'all how rude they were to my son when I took him in to sign up for service. they made fun of his names, and said what kind of parent gives their kid 4 names. well this parent does. very uncalled for to do to a future customer. I should have walked out instead of letting my son sign up for their service.

I wasn't happy with the way my dog was groomed. I gave the girl very specific instructions but…read morewhen we came to pick up my dog, a young man said he was the one that groomed her. I guess that's why our special instructions weren't followed. My poor dog was traumatized by how short her hair was cut and it took her two weeks to start acting normal again. I dropped off a Labradoodle and picked up a whippet in the middle of winter after I said I didn't…read morewant my dog shaved. I am well versed in corded dogs. Poodles are often corded. I was aware that my doodle had quite a bit of matting. I was prepared to cord him over a few weeks, but I wanted to see if he might brush out. I brought him in and said maybe if it's really bad we can trim him like a schnauzer...I received a call asking to shave him if need be and I said, " it is supposed to snow, please don't shave him". I was so upset when I saw him. He's even knicked to the skin in several places. It's only hair and it will grow back but it's so cold outside, when I brought him home he wouldn't stay out long enough to potty so he pottied inside my house. He's never done that. To add insult to injury, she left him with a shaved head and a fluffy tail. He looks absurd. Who shaves a dog to his skin. She looked at me like I was a terrible dog owner because she shaved most of his coat in one piece. It was like she thought she was doing my dog a favor(as if he were a rescue from the street in trouble). The nerve. I could have corded him without a problem. My poor dog is freezing. I have to find him a coat in the morning. I made a sarcastic remark about bringing my kommondor in and teaching the group how to cord, but quite frankly, that's not gonna happen. I'm mortified, my dog is freezing, and this groomer doesn't listen to the owner. Oh, she also had a handful of hair she raised up at me and stated, "This was from his balls." Who does that? She kept using the word balls over and over like it was the proper terminology - yuck. Just yuck. I will drive to Salt Lake next time - or do my own dog... she followed me out to my truck, saying she wanted an after photo, but it felt like she was looking to cover her buttor start something. I paid the bill, and out of habit, I tipped her. I was literally in shock. In hindsight, I should have refused or left no tip at all. A man passed us by on the way to our truck, he was.laughing it was so bad. Give your dog a chance by not taking a chance here.
