I was sold a junk house that has had nothing but problems from the date I moved in. At closing I was treated by the attendees like a nuisance while Janelle bragged about her commission and talked over my head to the seller and the closing agent; who all are good friends. Then when it turned out that the appliances in the kitchen were not as described in the listing, Janelle agreed to replace or make good on one of the appliances. This in front of witnesses. She never did. Everyone was so anxious to make a buck on the new comer, they couldn't tell enough falsehoods about the property which they ALL knew the history of. NO NOT USE this agency.
