Kai is 100% Outstanding. I go to him anytime my phone isn't working and he's able to identify the problem and fix the issue in a short amount of time. I've never had to even leave the store and come back. He'll fix that quickly and he always gives me a great discounted price. I've called him several times off hours and if he doesn't answer, he call me back within 10 minutes. Every time. He's even met me at his store on days he's not working to help me. I've developed such an awesome rapport with him and have come to trust his judgement so much that I won't go to anyone but him. If you're anywhere near the Woodstock Walmart, which is where his store is located, I stronly suggest you check him out.
