They do a great job with being efficient but they recently replaced my screen this past march and…read morenow my touch sensitivity will shut off and I have to constantly turn my phone on and off to reconnect my screens ability to function. So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

I immediately filed a claim and my phone was scheduled to be delivered between 7pm and 9pm the next Monday. I also filed a claim at United Center and guess what... Monday afternoon they found my phone!!!! I immediately call AT&T and Asuruon and they tell me they can't intercept the order and not to accept it. So, I am driving home all happy and I call my son who is on the spectrum by the way and asked if he wanted Chili's for dinner. I told him to tell the agent the phone is no longer needed. Apparently, he had just signed for me thinking he was being helpful and ran to catch the tech who's name is Desiree by the way to tell her thats OK. Desiree refused to take the phone back ( my son handed the phone to me) and I shared that my son did not know what he was signing. She said she did not care that he had Autism, he is over 18. She refused to give me her name or her supervisors name and left my son distraught because he had signed something he didnt understand. This was truly an easy fix and a lesson for me to reinforce with ny son the importance of signing for something without understanding. Desiree needs some social skills and common sense training. Asurion needs a new policy and that is a multifactor check fir signatures! I am going to give them a chance to fix but I dont know how. Now, I have a phone that I have to return at cost and time. I am more disappointed in my exchange with Desiree because she intentionally did not provide her name, id number or any credentials and her response to my son's response was cold & heartles! At the end of the day the phone was fixed right for about $90 and they even but a new back on the phone (ours was cracked) for no charge! We had a little bit of a delay in getting our phone back due to extenuating circumstances, per the owner, but he made it right by providing us a temporary loaner. As mentioned in the other review, owner is extremely nice and understands what he needs to do to keep you as a customer. Highly recommend.

I called every repair place within a 10 mile radius to get quote for repair which ranged from $70-$130 from 3rd parties. Most of the techs I spoke to gave me a warning that when repairing the earphone speaker there was a risk the the face ID cable will be damaged beyond repair. When I Called 911 tech, they assured me that this was not the case. They got me fixed up in less than an hour for $80 and everything works beautifully. You can tell that Wedge has a passion for the work that he does. 10/10 would recommend

I confronted the guy right after he switched it out that the quality of the screen was super terrible, but he tried to say that this is the brand they use all the time without any issues. However, he then all of the sudden offered another (shitty) brand I didn't like either when I asked to out my original broken screen back on. I told him he needs to be upfront with the customers that his quality is not as good as the original one before providing any service. And when I wanted to leave with my original screen, he then proceeded to say we owe him $49.99 for just switching screens. Do not trust them. Rip off!
