I couldn't get my MacBook Pro to charge and/or turn on. I was told to take the back off and remove the battery, and replace it, but I couldn't get the screws off of the back. Just have to vent.... Never, ever use iFix for any phone repairs!! I have had nothing but terrible service. They were hired to fix a cracked LED screen, which we paid for and waited 2 weeks for it to be done, then 2 days after getting the phone back, the screen goes black because, guess what??? A crack underneath in the LED screen they were hired to fix. Now we are supposed to pay again for the parts to replace the LED!!! And they didn't bother to tell me they wanted a deposit to even order the part and we've already been waiting for 4 days! Awesome communication.... Long story short.. they suck! read more

I needed a battery put in my iPhone. He said it would take 24hrs. Then asked for my PIN number to be able to service it. I reluctantly gave him that information and left the building. I went back 10 min later to retrive the phone. By the time my new phone was turned back on, I had 2 reports from apple asking if I was in California, and one for Orlando. My retirement account was almost hacked. Would not trust this store or its employees. Report them to the police and Better Business Bureau. read more

Horrible experience. We brought my son's chrome in for broken screen. Charged 220 to fix. Paid half up front. Did not hear from them in 3 weeks. We called them and they said they ordered wrong part. We called back week later and they said delays from China holding things up, and they had no idea how long it would be. So disgusted with them, we picked up computer and they said they would have to check with "corporate' regarding refunding the $110 we had paid already. How they actually have good reviews is astounding to me. Stay away! read more

iPhone screen has been replaced 3 times and still does not work. Every screen had major failures so the iPhone was not or only usable with limitations (like: not possible to make or take calls !!). They refused to return the money so far. Go to Apple if your screen is defect, this replacements here are of very bad quality. read more

Brought iPad in for glass repair. Took home and put it away. Now, a few days later the glass screen is not only cracked in three or four spots but took a chunk of the home button with it! Don't repair here spend the money and go to Apple. Clerk accused me of dropping the iPad and would not repair - oh wait they would if I paid again ! What ?! iPad 5 less than a year old with cracked glass and no home button! Now I'm out an iPad and $120 from the repair. only back to Apple from now on! read more

The worst operation I've ever seen. I've made the mistake of getting glass repaired here more than once, and each time was a total nightmare. Including that one time they gave me an iPad that looked like mine, but wasn't mine. Realized when I got home and turned it on. Huge breach! Brought my laptop in for a screen issue in September. When it couldn't be fixed, the manager offered to transfer my pc hard drive to a Mac compatible external one that I could easily access all of my files. After months of delays, I finally received the hard drive to find out it was blank and not my drive. Received another hard drive that again was not mine. After going to the corporate store, they were unable to locate my drive and the manager that was "working" on my hard drive has been fired and won't return any of their calls. So, I've lost all of my files and personal information and all I've gotten was, I'm sorry, we don't know what else to do.... read more

I just had a phone repaired and the service was horrible. They had to order a part and it took over 2 weeks. That may have bwen out of their control, but the iconsideration I had to deal with was the worst. I'd call to get status and there was no answer. I left a message and never got a call back. When we went in to demand a refund on our deposit they miraculously found the part. Then they said it would take an hour to fix. Expecting it that evening, we called three times, during business hours, and again no answer. The next day it was finally done. Don't waste your time. read more
