They do have some offers, including the lunch time menu. However I think they need more, especially in the evening. Perhaps include a drink and side in a bundle or something. Anything to divert my attention from the fact I am paying over £5 for a box of noodles... The staff can do their job. I did have an issue with being completely ignored while the woman on front talks to the chefs out the back. However that was a one time occurrence so I won't hold it against them. The service is acceptable and the staff bring your food to your table which is a nice touch. Saves you having to stand around waiting. The seating is fine, as long as it isn't too busy you shouldn't struggle to find somewhere to sit. However they seem to have opted for having bigger tables but less of them. Which gives it a 'School Canteen' feel. Overall Tokyo Wok provides a unique taste to the local area. The food is acceptable and so is the service. The only thing that lets it down is the price, or lack of offers in the evening. I've also seen they have recently started offering Sushi. I am a huge lover of Sushi so I will visit at a later date to find out how their Sushi is and update this accordingly.

After an hour of not hearing from me (my bad, I'm so sorry!), they cancelled my order. Deliveroo was quick to refund me, and I put in a new order right away. This Wagamama location expedited the order (eg it still arrived pretty close to when my first order would have) and was EXTREMELY generous with the portion size. I know this isn't the norm and not what you should expect, but... there's something to be said about people still trying and still offering good customer service. My usual order?: The Vegatsu (tofu and soya protein coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, sticky white rice, and their classic aromatic katsu curry sauce) topped with two or three side orders of their kimchi, a couple pouches of their chili oil, and a drizzle of their firecracker sauce (as well as a squeeze of lime and handful of chopped up coriander from Waitrose nearby).
