It hasn't even been a full 24 hours yet, so I can't speak to any changes there. BUT, I haven't been able to sit cross legged on the floor for many years. My right hip was not allowing full range of movement. (I usually only noticed it when putting on socks!) I was talking about my visit to a coworker this morning, and tried to move my leg as I would, and to my surprise, I could bring it all the way up with no pain. I proceeded to try a cross legged sit, and was also able to do that. Again, no pain. I know it's been over 10 years at a minimum since I've been able to comfortable sit like that. I was hesitant to see a chiropractor because I had a horrible experience years ago. The Winchester Institute was recommended by my surgeon so I thought it was worth a try. Everyone here is SO kind and patient! I was very nervous the first couple adjustments and they take it slow and are very reassuring. The Doctors always take time to look back at my chart and xrays and make sure their care is just what I need. I was skeptical but optimistic and I am happy it has been helping! I like the fact that they have multiple approaches including the adjustments for a larger scope of care. I highly recommend this practice!
