And if the category is Weirdly Specific Awards, then this is the medical waiting room I'd be happiest waiting in. My therapist is usually Jenna (I love you, Jenna!), but others have pitched in on busy days. I've had such successful recoveries from both of these surgeries and this office (along with my surgeon) deserves the bulk of the credit. I was a new patient, and they sent me paperwork in the mail so I could complete it beforehand. It was so helpful because their logo was on the envelope, which made it very easy to spot the facility when I was driving and looking for it. Easy to find, easy, close parking... I handed in my paperwork and insurance info, got my vitals taken, saw the Doctor, got X-rays taken, and a custom thumb/wrist brace made for me all in about one hour! Incredible!! I'm clearly on the younger end of the spectrum of clients here, but it's awesome to see how much attention they give everyone. They're juggling a lot, with smiles on their faces. I'm glad I chose to come back for my ankle - they listen, they help, they care. They give exercises and suggestions, and make sure you're doing what is necessary. I mean, I *hope* I won't need to come back here in the future, but if I need a PT in the future, I know where I am calling first!

When I called billing they said it was an error and would correct it. Very next visit the following month, I was charged $189.44 when again I in fact owed- 0$. This appears to be a pattern, I should not have to research and provide evidence after every visit. I will not be back.

I fact the issue I was there for continued to get progressively worse. I started there with the spinal decompression under the name of Genesis Back and Neck within Pamer Chiropractic and then added a group of chiropractic sessions on, based on Dr. Pamer's recommendation of the issues and her course of treatment. The spinal decompression was very expensive, so adding the chiropractic sessions on was over the top for me. They allowed me to make payments on both. I let the doctor know as well as the decompression attendant that I wasn't getting better and infact getting worse. At no point did anyone say maybe your not the best candidate for this, let's try something different and or we should discontinue this if things are getting worse. I am sure they help many people, but if what you are doing isn't working, in my opinion the care giver should be doing something about that. They were more than happy to keep taking my money, and mis spoke a few times as to what my remaining balance was and what the payment amount was supposed to be. I went to a different Dr. And with in 2 sessions had relief and a plan forward inclusive of exercises that would stop the damage that was occurring. In my first visit with the new doctor, he said I waited too long to come. Two months and more than $3000 later, and nothing to show for what I paid for. I don't think I was a good candidate for what they do there and I would like others to be aware and not just trust and jump in as I did. My job is physically demanding with repetitive over use issues. The Doctor I changed to treats every case uniquely addressing the causes and issues with solutions. I am happy to pay for services rendered, but would like to have results for what I paid for. In the final discussions about the remaining balance and my displeasure, I was met with indignant, sarcastic disrespectful behavior, with one thing only as the end game..... "It's understandable you feel that way, what card do you me to use to pay." Where I go now, there are no " packages" you pay as you go. They don't want you to have to come back 2 a week for months, they want you to be able to maintain on your own and come back when you need help, and help that produces positive results. If I could do it again, I would not have chosen Pamer Chiropractic or Genesis Back and Neck. Not a good fit for me and no one there cared enough about me as a patient to say that at any point. They just wanted their money, which they received in full for services rendered.
