No nonsense and effective results. I've been training with Aaron from Ignite Fitness since 2017, and lost a total of 45lbs. Prior to sticking with Ignite Fitness, I've jumped around from trainer to trainer and other facilities including globo gyms to CrossFit. Aaron and Bria are extremely competent with body building, improving athletic performance, including the less sought after, nutrition. They were originally located in the SF Bay Area, but have moved up to WA. We still continue our sessions via FaceTime/Zoom because I've decided I can't live without Aaron, who I've dubbed as my therapist. Aaron and Bria of Ignite Fitness are great to work with. I started individual training sessions with Aaron about three years ago, and it has completely changed my relationship to exercise and fitness. This is the longest I have ever been able to stick with a consistent exercise plan, and as I'm getting older this is more and more crucial to my health. I was looking for something flexible that could accommodate my sometimes-unpredictable work hours. I really loved fitness classes, but the ones I liked were not at times I could make, or I could never sign up in time, and then would be charged exorbitant cancellation fees if I couldn't make it due working late. Having the flexibility to schedule around my work was a really big bonus. I had been so out of shape my whole life, and only getting worse with age, that I never realized how great it was to be more fit. A few months with Aaron and I felt noticeably better in every aspect of my life, including walking around, up and down stairs, etc. etc. My attitude towards exercise changed from "something I should do to lose weight" to "something I want to do to keep feeling good every day!" You can't really lose much weight on exercise alone, that is a fact. You have to change your diet and lifestyle too. But with Aaron's guidance I definitely lost inches quickly and gained muscle/definition. Yes, the exercises are pretty much standard stuff, but the important thing is them helping me stay consistent to actually do it. I kept up with Aaron all throughout my pregnancy, and I credit him for helping me stay fit then for an easier pregnancy and delivery. When we took a Covid-related hiatus I did gain the fat back even though I tried (unsuccessfully) to stay motivated without them. But now they have pivoted pretty well to virtual training over Zoom, and now I take group classes with Bria and continue individual sessions with Aaron. The pricing for in-person sessions (back when we were having them) were very reasonable and the best in the Bay Area. Their new place they're opening up in Washington State looks incredibly amazing and I can't wait to see what they do with it. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I tried Ignite Fitness for three months and regret spending $175 for three sessions a week. I didn't get the results I wanted and ended my journey due to unprofessional service from the female trainer. I am now doing keto and lost over 20 pounds (in 1.5 months) all on my own! All the workouts they teach you can be found on Instagram. The meal plans are extremely boring and plain. The only really helpful tips I gained were proper technique and form for deadlifting/squatting, but that's about it. Btw if you're wondering why there's no address it's because they train people from their garage. They also cancel workouts a lot due to personal reasons, especially after you've already paid for them & made time in your busy schedule to accommodate them. read more

I have been training with Bria for over two years now, and I simply had to update my review. I am now 62 years old...and I have NEVER been stronger or in better shape in my entire life! Bria and Aaron are very knowledgeable of both nutrition and fitness. When I reached out, they immediately opened their doors to me and were eager to hear about my goals. Ignite Fitness provides an awesome and different experience of personal training, people can choose any place to have workout with professional guidance. For me, my sessions are usually at Ocean Beach, parks and tennis courts based on my own interests, I do cardio, strength training and yoga. It also offers group training which is really interesting on the weekend. Bria Morgan, my personal trainer, is pleasure and a blessing to work with for more than one year! Ignite Fitness is a unique, custom-made experience. I am a 60 year old woman with Cerebral Palsy. My trainer, Bria, created a special workout routine that took my individual needs into consideration. She included stretching, core strengthening, and resistance exercises. I was also given recommendations on diet which have been very helpful, as it seems like eating the right food is one of the hardest things for me to bring under some kind of control.
