I moved towards Amy Miller because of a potential speaking engagement/event we could do together. My calling drew me to her. And with this, I attended my first class and was blown away. I was hooked! Why didn't I start this earlier? I wasn't ready. But not she appeared to me. This new transition into different disciplines focusing on going inside the deepest recesses of my being has taken me to wonderful places and people. Amy Miller and AMT are just that. From her high fives, to words of encouragement, she is one of a kind. In addition, the community she has created is amazing as I've felt at home from day one. I look forward to this new path I am walking.

When Amy Miller teaches a class it is beyond packed. There are one too many things hanging from the ceiling like plants and wood. My arms usually end up hitting something above me. None the less, having just moved from Washington, DC where there are hot yoga studios every mile, I'm grateful to have found this place. Twice though in the past week I arrived to class expecting Amy to be teaching, only there was a substitute. Wish they would notify clients in advance. I book via the MINDBODY app. Despite all of the above, this place is worth your time/energy/effort!

Everyone from just starting out to "woah, that's some serious muscle" work out here. I came to Cuong for a myriad of reasons. The main reason I came was to buff up for an apprenticeship I applied for- so I'm at a steady healthy level like the 20 year olds I'm competing against. In the mix of things, SO many reasons to be there got brought up that my focus on why I needed it... broadened. Immensely. A few thing's I can see that I love, and I'm currently on my 2nd week: The consistency of the plans, full body to start, consistency on food intake for any with confusion on dietary needs, the gym is small, private, quiet, and the staff is personable. (If you're like me and don't like people, this would be an awesome gym for you!) The cost: Yes, it does cost you money. You're learning a new skill, one you might not have any understanding of. The cost in the long run is worth it. Initially you'll pay about $340 (if I remember correctly), eventually it bumps down to about $270. The initial joining fees are included in your first payment. The gym is $70 the first month and $50 following. The training is the same, visit their website for specifics. In the end, the personal training only (roughly if you divide the monthly cost by 4) costs about $50/mo, and the gym $50/mo imo it's worth it. I'm currently working with Crystal (Red headed woman in the photos), she is very warm, personable, kind, and forgiving (of my social inequities :D ). The work out plan I'm on I believe is a pretty basic start to see where I'm at and build from it as we go. The personal training session is calm, laid back, and very low key- so you don't feel stressed or pressured. For my work out, again, I think it's fairly basic (nothing too intense, confusing, or stressful) and it's been a great way to see what I'm capable of and where I'm at. They are very attainable work out sets, nothing too heavy, not too many. If something doesn't work for you, discuss with your trainer how to modify. I recently had to modify abs, and it was an easy adjustment. I'm very VERY glad I've taken the leap. I don't feel judged, I feel comfortable going, doing my work out and leaving, it has been a wonderful introduction into the work out lifestyle! Thanks Cuong & Crystal!

The day pass cost was fair, and was promptly let in the building within 1 min of my arrival to the gym, all via remote. The gym itself is old school vibe. Definitely more suitable for powerlifters, body builders or lifters who just generally are serious in regards to there training and performance. I was able to connect my iphone to bluetooth and use calibrated competition equipment (Kilo plates, Rogue ohio power bar and combo rack). As a USAPL member and competitor, finding the right gym while traveling is key in my training and performance. Thank you Flex Gym for providing a home to your local community and travelers such as myself. I will be back each and every occurrence that I visit Sioux Falls for work.

Nobody in the gym was wearing masks accept the employee. Fist and last time here! Other locations are not much better.
