I've done competitive sports all my life, mostly soccer and motocross, which require a ton of flexibility and core strength to stay out of injuries.. . Well, magically, and thanks to discovering Club Pilates, most my normal issues with my muscles and prior injuries have gone away, and I feel a lot better when playing soccer or when riding my dirtbikes on the track. I DO RECOMMEND Pilates for everyone in your 40's -50s and beyond who want to continue to do the sports you love. Pilates WILL bring the flexibility you had when you were in your 20's , believe me, IT WORKS! Now about the club, the instructors are all fun, respectful, and knowledgeable, it is totally worth the investment. Most of the time I take my classes with Melissa and Caitlyn, and both are great instructors!

This location smells absolutely RANK, I walked into the back to use the water fountain first and I could smell a stench of feces coming from one of the restrooms. I was going to try to push past and just get my session done, but upon walking into the sauna it was filthy and not to mention, the bikes looked to be in horrible condition! I had to leave immediately because this made me want to vomit due to the nasty condition of the sauna. By far, the worst Hotworx location I've been to. They seemed like a nice location when I looked it up online, but now it's very clear that the abundance of interesting content they post is to hide all of the immense problems of this studio. Will definitely not be returning back or recommending others to this particular location.

Does this allow me to use the facilities still or am I paying for two months of nothingness. Please let me know asap or I will report to my bank. I like the facilities but this is not right. This was so shocking that a lady behind me wanting to consider joining turned away and told me that she does not like this policy. Not cool. If you decide to join ask all these questions and get everything in writing.

I have 4 disc herniations and sciatica and when I attend class regularly I notice I stop complaining about back pain. This practice is so healing!! The studio also has inferno hot Pilates that I recently started attending and I am totally addicted to which is making me stronger which is also helping me heal. I love everything about this studio from the staff to the amazing instructors to the beautiful well kept bathrooms and showers and the members are pretty cool too! I have been to two locations and my kids are happier here. The vibe in general feels like a family. It's chill, energetic, fun and engaging. As long as my kids are happy and love spending time here as much as I do. It's 5/5. Vibe check. I'd recommend getting here early afternoon before the post-work rush. Easy sign in and sign up process - just scan the QR code at the front desk to sign up, enter in address, etc. Then sign in on the paper in the binder for access to either the swimming pool or the fitness center.

They have mini golfing where you can rent equipment inside the facility. They have a great playground area and outdoor fitness equipment. Inside the facility, they have a free pool and gym area. They offer a variety of classes such as yoga, water aerobics, etc. Make sure to check out their website or pick up their schedule at the facility for hours of operation. For first timers, you will have to fill out a form and don't forget to bring a large sized towel for workouts! There's a really great large dog park next door but there's no entrance to the dog park from Mary Jo Peckham. You would have to park at the Katy Library to enter the dog park.
