Terrible Customer Service: There was a check engine light on when we purchased the truck - no big deal & they said they'd get that resolved - so we weren't worried about it. Scheduled an apt with the service dept, dropped the truck off & didn't hear anything for over a month. Called repeatedly - they'd never call back - went in there, because we didn't even beleive our truck was there at that point - the Mechanic (who was wonderful - sure he's gone from there by now) was the only person that would talk with us. Told us what was going on - and that was all we'd wanted - to know what was going on. UNETHICAL: Move on to a year after our purchase - we needed to use the extended powertrain warranty we'd paid for - contacted the warranty company (because Deskins wouldn't call us back to set-up an apt) and we were informed Deskins had never activated our warranty - so we'd been paying them for a year - and they were pocketing the $$. When I confronted them - they couldn't care less.

I've had my car for maybe three months. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to the car being in the shape it is. The problems on the computer were erased yet came back a couple days after purchase. The car is on its way to breaking down. The above light plate fell off, where the key goes in on the outside , fell off, the speakers stopped working, the radio literally fell out yesterday... and now in the last couple days it wouldn't start. Not the battery but the starter! They will harass you about payments and after you purchase all the friendliness disappears!! I believe I was sold a lemon but no clue what to do about it besides paying way too much for my 2008 vehicle!!!!!
