Another mechanic told me it looked like the transmission fluid had been drained and not replaced, and the oil was overfilled. I asked Massey's for answers and was told there was a video of the service--but they refused to share it. No resolution was offered. Be careful. When leaving after speaking with the site supervisor today, we let it be known that if the situation isn't resolved by their newest promised date, we would be contacting our attorney. The supervisor's responce was a cocky "okay". I will be in the market for another vehicle in 3 to 6 months but will not be buying it from Don Franklin.
