IGT Construction (Jack Lester) quoted a price for work which he didn't do as requested, did not supervise or even view completion, and then charged over $1200 to come back and make the changes to work which wasn't done as bid in the first place. Very poor work, very poor response to problems, and absolute disregard for quality. A job began in February is still not finished in August. Sloppily done and no regard for our wishes or the work he made a bid to do. Also wanted the money up front! Do not use!! read more

I am excited to say that the work done at my house was done with professionalism. I had a large job that needed to be done and Jack, Scott and their team stayed right on top of it. I can't say enough about the level of service and professionalism that Jack and his team have provided our family. There are homes being built all over this area and I can only imagine how busy companies like this are. IGT was responsive and always fit us in, returning calls, etc. Our landscaping is so beautiful. Not only did he block me in, he insulted my friend about how she gets money for her car. He blocked us in for over 45 minutes, thats not very temporary to me. After ask twice for him to move nicely, i came up to the work area, something i dont think i should have to do because that could have put me into danger, he said he would not move "until i calmed down." I said it the way i did the THRID time because they had now cause me to miss the appointment and had to pay a fee bc of that. read more

Poor communication between business and homeowner and average quality of work performed. They do not stand by their work. Look elsewhere.

Had a very large project, they came out, looked at the project and told me they would have a bid to me in a couple days. I called two weeks later and they told me they would call me right back, no call, called a week later and was told the bid was on her desk and that it would be emailed right out to me, no email. Called third time left message with my email address again and still 3 days later no bid. If this is how they do business NO one should consider using them. read more

We hired them to do some work on our land at the end of March and gave them just over 1/2 the money down with the understanding it would be finished by May. They had the audacity to tell us they were so broke up about OUR daughter dying that they took some time. They did not start until the end of August after EVERY excuse in the book then piddled around for months and finished the 8th of December. We live on a hill and needed stairs to the top from the bottom and asked them to do railroad ties. They took it upon themselves to put in stone steps which look nice but go maybe 1/4th of the way down then told us they were over budget and that is what they quoted and wouldn't put anymore steps in. Instead they compacted the path and added small black pebbles. First snowstorm and I had to park at the bottom..two steps off the stairs I slipped on compacted now slick gravel and slid all the way down the hill breaking my tailbone in the process. They were also suppose to smooth and widen a spot to park 2 Trailers, instead they built it up making it unusable and NOT at all what we asked for. Then they were to put sprinklers around the side of our property for a fire break. They didn't. Instead they put sprinkers where we already had water and didn't bring them around on the side. I do NOT recommend using them unless you have every last detail written in the quote and signed by them. When we tried to get them to finish He brought in his partner and we were told well we are done that is all you get, BUT for double more than original quote we will finish the work promised on the first quote. Be very wary of this company. Will promise the moon confidently but can not and will not deliver. The owner will not return phone calls, does not deliver what he promises and blames his employees for his failure to deliver. Do not be duped, retain at least 10% of asking price for project for full completion and perhaps later to make sure landscape lives. Do not trust any guarantee as you have no recourse if job is inadequate. The owner does not seem to care about his company's work or reputation. I spent close to $12,000 for a yard re-do including modifying sod to planters, planting trees and perennials. Many of the plants were inappropriate for job and died in place. The existing sprinkler system heads were buried under weed cloth and all had to be modified after the job was complete despite promises that they would all be functional. I would never recommend this company. read more

I couldn't be happier! They showed up when they said they would, completed the job, did everything they said they would do. I can' ask for much more! I also recommended them to my neighbor, as far as I can tell they did a great job there as well. They were easy to deal with and didn't try to sell me anymore than I needed. read more
