Not cross out see whats enclsoed to support my concerns, Company does not send anything in e-mail like receipts and fully itemized bill. I had to ask for certains things. The company boasts over 40 years service but incident reports or I should say mine I was not satisfied. Otherwise workmanship was good. I am retired Govt contracts person and just look for a properly executed document. When I asked tech for written signature he wrote his name on top paper??? No where on incident report as they call see. Thus my rating of GOOD.

There are always notes to contact me. That much is true. However, the drivers sometimes don't read them. Sometimes ignore them. Sometimes incorrectly interpret them. Occasionally they even follow them and get it right. I am not stating anything here except the truth.

So reviews are going to be tense from the jump. But this company came out, late based online booking, by 9pm and we were back in service. I note professional office phone reception and fantastic service technician. I wasn't planning on a drain issue when the day started. I just wanted it fixed before the day ended, and this company succeeded.

He was polite and prompt. --- after he left I had to clean up around the mulch where debris came out and I went to screw the cap back on the clean out pipe which was left unsecured. I then noticed the pipe was now loose. I looked down the pipe with a flash light and it was a clean break off the trap. The pipe was broken and not secured to the trap. They said they're coming back to fix on Wednesday but want to charge me for it. Wasn't broken before the job. Should not be all on me. Rating depends on the resolution of this $825 job

I had a new well pump installed on 04/05/2021. The warranty was up 04/05/2026. The pump failed on…read more05/21/2026. I thought these pumps lasted 30 plus years like the original one that was replaced. They didn't put in new pipe or new electric wires when they installed it. I had rusty water in my water lines for over a week. I am having all that done today, pump, pipe and electric and it's costing me almost one thousand dollars less then when The Plumbing Works did it five years ago. I was not happy with the service I received from The Plumbing Works. I would not recommend them.

I have a small sink in my bathroom and the plumber told me that he could fix my sink for $400. I then ran to atm while they began fixing it. Upon doing so I trusted the men in my house because I live alone and had just come from the hospital. By time I got back they were already done with the sink. Its a really small sink. I then asked could I take a bird bath because I can't use the tub? The plumber said no. He said that he found another leak. I stated that why would you charge me $400 for something that I can't use. He stated that he needed to wait for the pipes to unfreeze. Fast forward to last week the new people who are working on my house turned on the water and the pipe that THE PLUMBING WORKS supposedly fixed was spaying all over. When I called the company and asked why is this happening they then said because the pipe that they fixed is compensating for the other side. So they fixed a product that was doomed to fail. In there desperate attempt to take advantage who obviously knew nothing about plumbing and was in desperate need. This was is the wrong way of doing business. It should be stopped. They should come fix my sink like they said when I gave them the money. So they are trying to charge me almost $1000 for a small sink and I mean its really small. I wish you guys could see this.
