The foie gras paired with the hand cut tartare was just melting in my mouth. Every dish is beautifully presented. It was almost a shame to eat it - almost. I also recommend taking the wine pairings - all of them! Every item on the menu has a wine pairing listed. And the desserts not only have a suggested wine, but also coffee or tea! I will definitely be back soon!! I'm still dreaming of that steak tartare!!!
