Shopping on a Tuesday morning. The place was pretty empty. I was shopping for a small shelving unit and there was a good selection. I almost didn't come here cause on their website they hardly had any options. I was able to find a good small billy. Unfortunately I wanted glass doors but the options were only black and white which don't really match the color of the billy (offset oak). Paying was torture. There is only self service and only 2 clerks to help with snafus of which there were plenty. So even though I was first in line I spent 15 minutes waiting. I also found that they no longer offer discounts for loyalty card except for a few "on sale" items. Maybe that's why they were so empty. Oh! And the food? It was ok but nothing was ready (still cooking) and so there was a long line of people waiting for the food. I wanted the new chili chicken but the wait was too long so settled for the meatballs. They were good but I was craving the chicken. This was around 1pm so they should have been prepared with ready food. It was a rather disappointing visit. read more

This store is overwhelming, too big and makes it difficult to find the way to get out of it. Their products? They're ok, not the best quality in my opinion. Prices? Reasonable. Plenty of parking. It's located by Dolphin Mall so once you're done with IKEA you can go to the mall and do more shopping. They have everything you could possibly need for your home from places to couches to kitchens. So it is good in that way in which is all under one roof. I have family that loves IKEA so this place is either not liked or loved, check it out and see it for yourself. read more

My husband and I used to come here a lot often during pandemic time until we moved out of country for great decades! This store always has shown huge downhill for confusion and stopped selling gorgeous colorful led lights (discontinued) for some reason left us going through challenging search for get more use for our place.. please don't get us wrong we loved their small market but not anymore we couldn't find apple sparkling cider and pear sparkling cider anymore for years they also discontinued selling them for years as well nothing left to buy from what we needed for home items.... However, the store has consistently declined in quality, causing confusion among customers. They have discontinued selling their beautiful, colorful LED lights for some unexplained reason, leaving us to search for alternatives to enhance our living space. Stopped by IKEA today while running errands because I needed a few final touches for my apartment decor. This IKEA is in poor repair. The escalators and elevators In the entrance area are all broken. The restaurant drink dispensers have been removed for failing (so they're offering water in plastic bottles- which is horrible for the environment). We were here last night with a 90-yr old relative and had to walk down three flights of stairs or else all the way to the farthest end of the building just to exit. As for the state of the store itself... this was a Friday evening ... not a Sunday evening after a weekend rush. The shelves were in general disarray... disorganized, items missing or out of place. The very worst spot was the area before the registers where apparently no care had been taken to organize or restock, and many display items were torn or otherwise damaged and were even missing tags. What a disheveled mess. One group or racks with heavy glass jars of something were precariously sagging and looked very dangerous. This isn't like the IKEA I remember, but it's been over a year since I've been here. read more

Online order. Box undelivered on expected delivery date. Then for 5-6 days in a row received msg by FedEx it was in the van, on delivery.. I left the place where it was supposed to be delivered, as my time there was over: never seen box I had paid for. Called, and was given guarantee (IKEA Customer Care, case #82162608) multiple times box was stopped: was not going to be delivered, refunding in 24h. No refund. ..What IKEA CC said was just made up: IKEA had no control whatsoever, as box popped up with FedEx claiming that was delivered anyway, yes, with about 10 days delay.. ..Called again IKEA, that said "box was not going to be delivereed"! Told them FedEx wrote me email they delivered.. somewhere. So IKEA changed version and said yes box was delivered and I should return the box to get my refund.. so explained to IKEA CCare this was 10 days later that promised/guaranteed, so I'm now thousands of miles away from the box (..if ever actually delivered). As of now, after about 10 calls.. IKEA is considering if refunding: verifications. All this is documented. Nothing to add. read more

We ordered two dressers from Ikea. They came promptly but one set had drawers made for a smaller dresser. We called immediately to report the problem. Without notifying us they cancelled our case number because they said we received the items. We put the items together anticipating receiving the correct drawers but they did not arrive. Again, Ikea had cancelled our second case number. Finally, after a very long conversation, Ikea agreed to pick up the pieces. They would not let us keep the piece we put together and wanted because they couldn't alter our payment and charge us half. They picked up the items. After 10 with no refund,I called them. They said it could take two weeks. I called after two weeks had passed and a very nice person said our dressers were in the back of the storage room and no one had noticed them. They had been there for 10 days and no one had processed our refund. I do not believe Ikea would have refunded our money if we hadn't spent a great deal of time on the phone with them. Ikea might be good if everything goes well. We didn't have the opportunity to find that out Watch out for your money if things don't go as planned. read more

I've gone to this IKEA for years , I've been going almost weekly lately since I just purchased a home. Every time I've gone it is impossible to get anyone in customer service to help you! And when you get help they give you attitude for no reason , they cut you off as your asking questions. It's happened with multiple employees at customer service. The restaurant was decent. Don't recommend the salmon balls. They were incredibly dry. The side veggies were over cooked but at least tasted better than the salmon. The box drinks were over priced ($2 for real juice) so just get the fountain drinks. But for now the restaurant is closed since covid. As far as furniture selection there just seems to be a lot more online and in the store but when you get to the warehouse so much is not stocked. It must be covid issues but it seems challenging to order online and do pick up at the store. It would be nice if they just had everything you need when you go. The prices are decent and there's plenty of cool hacks you can do with ikea furniture if you're the crafty type. Parking is a plenty but the elevators are slow and cumbersome when you can't use the stairs. read more

To me IKEA is a grown up's Toys R Us. I love it! I came a few months ago and even though they'd just opened, there was a long line for the sake of keeping it safe inside. The stock online didn't accurately reflect what was in store, so I did leave without some things. I went back this weekend and this time used the click and collect. What a breeze. Writting the review now a month later becuase I just got the refund. I went TO the STORE- TRIED THE UPPLAND SECTIONAL, and it was so comfortable, perfect fit for my house. WENT BACK HOME ORDERED IT AND WHAT WE RECEIVED WAS A HORRIFIC PIECE OF FURNITURE. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ONE AT THE STORE. The color of fabric was exactly the color, and so was the texture. After I finished assembling it, my feet didn't touch the ground and I am 5'7. The cushions were so overstuffed that it felt like you were sitting on a hill -RIDICULOUS. The reviews were there explaining the same, I just never read them. The worst part was CUSTOMER SERVICE. First to contact them, then I believe these people work out of their home, (Babies crying in the background). First agent didn't even email me a confirmation number, never took down the notes, and never even requested a return for me. 4 reps before I was able to get this return started on November 27, PICKED UP December 5, and I just received my refund back to my account. December 20. They took off some money, which I will follow up on that. WHAT A SCAM AND A NIGHTMARE. read more

Yesterday I went to Ikea and I felt like a kid in Disney World. I wanted to buy everything. So many ideas, easy solutions, cleanest store and so organized that I wanted to dance. Prices are competitive. Service is very good. I'm doing do remodeling in my bathroom and couldn't have so much help at Home Depot or Lowes. After being told my item was in stock, found out it really wasn't but at least their frozen yogurt cup was yummy well deserved after walking around all day The cafe area by check out was quick and efficient - with kiosk, touch-screen ordering. Everything in my order was broken, and customer service made me take pictures of every crack and sketch to prove that it's damaged. The customer service and delivery service were horrible and rude. Now, I have a big box of garbage and broken glass in my apartment. I don't even know when I'll receive a replacement, and there's uncertainty about whether I'll get it due to the need for an investigation into the proof of damage. I will NEVER ORDER FROM this IKEA again; just use Amazon. They won't ask you to take pictures of every scratch on your broken items and stay on the phone with them for hours. HORRIBLE!!! read more

Not much to say about IKEA, other than even if you don't really need to buy furniture or whatever, this is such an awesome place to wander around and just stand in awe with how big this store is and how much stuff they carry. Its worth mentioning that they have a free supervised play area (Småland) that you can leave your kids in while shopping. And, not sure if this store was particularly busy when I visited, but boy, oh, boy, was this place packed with people. Just driving around the parking structure was a mad-max-like experiente, with people almost getting into physical confrontation over parking spaces. read more

OK, let me say upfront I am an IKEA freak, and the staff would have to stab me to get a rating lower than 4 stars.... This outpost, open a year or so now, is conveniently located on the western fringe of Miami, right by a cluster of superhighways for easy access. Nothing out of the ordinary in the furniture, etc options. It is the usual layout, almost always standard, with stylish displays of cheap put-together-from-box furniture. The place they really shine is in the cafeteria portion. The staff is abnormally friendly ("thanks and have a nice day" FOUR times on a single visit in both English and Spanish). As usual the Swedish meatballs were amazingly good...this particular IKEA has a variation with the meatballs made of salmon, which if you skip the cream sauce and get grilled veggies, is actually low calorie and low cholesterol. read more

There staging is always very appealing making each area fun to stop and observe. I KEA is the perfect place to buy something you never thought you needed, and maybe in fact you didn't or don't, but at the price, buy it anyway. Ten delicious meatballs covered with an even more delicious cream sauce, a dash of ligonberry and mashed potatoes for $2.99! Not only is it a bargain value that can't be beat, it also combines to make a delicious, full of flavor meal that can't be matched. For being able produce a meal like this at this price, and even though I found the mashed potatoes to be blahsville, boring, I need not write further. It's a flat out Five Stars from me for IKEA for their meatballs with cream sauce and ligon. For other foods, like Swedish ribs? Hmmm? They're great too and a bargain though I'm not willing to buy into anything actually being Swedish about them. As for the pancakes and grava loxs, just OK, but not bad enough to detract from their menu overall. There food selections of herring and caviar couldn't be better considering the price. I also love their caviar in a tube as there are so many applications in which I can use it. Always fun to visit with unique items and food court! The employees are usually kind and helpful! However, this last time the one employee was so rude! We came down the wrong elevator and asked if he could let us out because we were there for a long time! My husband was tired and could not walk all the way through the store again. Can I just start by saying that IKEA is the devil?! I mean you go in for one (ok maybe two) things and come out with 20. Walking the whole store and the low prices causes you to pick up extra items. I have frequented this location quite often. Very surprised that I have never left a review for this location. Needless to say, I am now. I have never had issues when I come here. The staff has always been super helpful and in the area when I needed assistance. Items that I needed have always been in stock. The store itself clean. I have never eaten but a friend girl of mine has and the pizza in the checkout area was not good. She said a lunchable pizza was better. I do not go there to eat so the nasty food doesn't bother me.
