I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

update on my defective ice maker that this store refuses to fix or replace...I have called more…read morethan 10 times, I have sent 15 plus emails and have waited on the phone with uline representatives for hours....I have received no help. I offered to bring the unit back to the store myself and trust me as an old retired person that would have been no easy feat....they refused to take it.. It seems that we were helped each time by a young man By the name of Braden. I cannot say enough, good things about that young man. He answered every question we had in detail and steered us in the right direction on so many products. Today we bought grout and tile cleaners, and some tile for our backsplash in the kitchen. He showed me a better way to seal the grout that was way easier than what I was thinking about doing. He saved me a lot of time and work and the results are beautiful. He went out of his way to help us push this project towards completion with such helpful advice. He made this project so much easier with his vast knowledge of tile and all of the stores many products. They have wood, laminate, and so many flooring options and tiles for in and outdoor in so many colors, patterns, etc. They even have vanities, sinks, fixtures in different styles and colors. I loved just walking around and taking pictures. All the staff are so helpful and willing to help you choose or even put a whole room ogether for you from top to bottom. Our conclusion was that this was another area that Home Depot does not excel in. In many cases, their sheer buying power and price constraints force major vendors to create separate product lines, and these typically are less quality, produced in China. In addition, the install side is problematic, with horror stories of the cabinets arriving damaged (note just the impact of humidity on the mostly composite construction) or poor installation. We discovered Eleet Cabinetry via Yelp, at a time when we pretty much gave up on Home Depot. Eleet is local, Dan is an expert in design, not only in the computer layout but in layout recommendations and willingness to save us money with slight alterations, The cabinets are top-notch, US-made, high-quality construction, and beautiful. The install team did a superb job. The total price was within a couple of thousand of Home Depot. And not to be underestimated, dealing with one local company meant much lower risk and less brain damage. Highly recommended.

The founders of this privately held company are staunchly Christian, Hobby Lobby isn't open on Sundays to allow their employees time for church and family, the company has been accused of financially supporting anti-LGBT causes and issues, and its stores being void of items pertaining to other faiths or religions aside from Christianity. This is the first time I've been to one of their stores, and I came here primarily because they were advertising a 40% off sale for a specific item I was looking for. This Hobby Lobby location is large, and quite frankly I think I spent nearly an hour just walking up and down the aisles and perusing all they had for sale. It's kind of akin to Michael's, with a bit of JoAnn Fabrics and even an amount of Home Goods sprinkled in. This store carries an array of merchandise from seasonal items to fabrics to lots of stuff for hobbyists to home decor. I ended up finding some fabric I needed and a cheery, outgoing woman was there to cut it to length for me and give me a hand-written charge slip to give the folks when I was ready to check out and pay. While it's obvious who this company is owned by after seeing the the amount of Christian items for sale, the church hymns playing in the store (I recognized "A Closer Walk With Thee" playing in the background at one point while I was shopping) and even some decor items that obviously cater to a specific segment of the population (see posted photos), I ended up buying a few items I found here. My primary critical comments would be that they didn't have enough checkout lines open for the amount of people who were lined up to pay. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, Hobby Lobby tends to offer sales fairly often, but those 40% off "sales" seem to reduce the prices marked on the various items in this store down to the amount they should normally cost in reality.
