Purchased some lightbulbs from a promotion bin in the Sheffield IKEA clearly priced at £0:10 each checking my recipe at home later noticed they had changed me £1:50 each. I bought 10 so was overcharged £14:00. I contacted IKEA customer service department who were not bothered and even asked if I had taken a photo of the price on the light bulbs (who would) IKEA customer service said there is nothing they can do and said go to the Sheffield store customer service desk and see if they could help, what is the point of having a customer service department if they will not help, it would cost £10 in petrol to go to Sheffield for an argument with there customer services, and not prepared to lose any more money, this is a case for trading standards and will be looking at getting them involved read more

Upgrading this branch of IKEA, although the car park is a mess and the store layout can be hard to navigate, even for an IKEA, this is a pretty decent branch and they do have some good items on offer, the fact it's easy to access via public transport being around two stops before Meadowhall on the Super Tram network is a bonus. 3* read more

I've been to many ikeas and this is by far one of the best. They have separate floors for the show rooms and for the merchandise, making it is easy to work your way round and locate everything. The cafe is easily accessible as it is first thing you see and has a large open plan space that makes it more functional. Each area of the house is grouped together e.g bathroom, kitchen, making it easy to find certain items. Overall an excellent, helpful shop read more

This IKEA is very homely, and though it is a literal maze, it's the best maze I have ever gotten out of. All the staff are friendly and I have had many slip ups where friendly staff have lent a helping hand. Presentation is astounding and I wish I lived in this IKEA. I highly recommend the meatballs from their lovely restaurant. Honestly, can't say anything wrong other than the fact it needs its own map... Otherwise? 100%... 10/10... 5 Stars! read more
