No service, bad attitude, horrible food. Help!…read more The wait: 5pm, after seated, needs to wait 15mins before anyone ask us to order, then another 45mins past before food arrives, and deliver to wrong party on the same table. So we need to wait even more. The seat and temperature: seat has no back and hard plus super hot inside during this energy crisis. Outside is 34F but indoors is 83F! Food: noodles are a big lump. What kind of ramen is that? Tasted bad. Just don't waste your time and money.

Well the inside was quite busy, but I found a seat in the middle of what I would call a communal table, which was fine by me. I was immediately handed a German menu, which is fine as I can somewhat make out the ramen choices. The problem came when the waitress arrived and began to speak German, which I am nowhere fluent in. I tried to explain that I do not speak German, but she became upset and ultimately walked away. I found out later buried in the middle of the table were English menus, oh well! Kind of odd as I was doing my best to point to what I wanted to order. I flagged another staff member down who informed me that my order had been placed. To my surprise the right items magically appeared after 15 minutes, so that was a sigh of relief. It looked good and smelled good, which was a positive start, but sadly the pork belly ramen and veggies was just not on point. The broth was a little underwhelming and pork belly was not too tasty. Do not get me wrong, it was decent, but not what I am used too. I will say the meal portions were quite large and the overall menu pricing was fair considering it is located in a touristy part of town. Sadly, later I found out our waitress who really could care less about assisting us spoke fluent English, go figure. Not really pegging a star for it, but you are in a business that should strive for customer satisfaction, oh well.

You order online from a QR code given to you when seated which I'm neutral on. They speacialze in fried chicken and it was very yummy. We got the sweet and spicy soy sauce with garlic flavor for our chicken. We ordered a whole chicken of this because there were two of us and it also comes with fries beneath the wings. Very hearty meal and we weren't able to finish all of it. The order also came with a very yummy simple salad as well as some daikon radish. The chicken itself was extremely juicy and yummy. The coating was very crispy and overall well seasoned. My only problem is that the sauce on the chicken was veryyyy sweet. Like extremely brown sugar tasting more than a soy sauce flavor. It wasn't what I was expecting and honestly i didn't like it too much. It was entirely too sweet for me and without something sour to balance it, it became a lot. It was a good amount of spice thought that built up as you ate more but I liked the spice level. They also didn't have any Korean side dishes that you would usually expect. Don't tell anyone but we brought our own kimchi and it made the chicken a lot easier to eat because it wasn't just a sweet bomb. We also both ordered two Cokes and they were from a can but soooo crispy yummy. Overall would go to this place again but would get a different flavor of chicken for something more savory than sweet. I also recommend ordering a side of rice.

My wife and I used to come here on date nights to enjoy an okonomoyaki menu (soup, salad and okonomoyaki), Udon, and some killer sushi. Tonight we thought it was time to pay another visit, so we made a reservation because they're usually packed on Fridays. Well, tonight we walk in to two other groups sitting. We should have walked out then and there. After a good five minutes reviewing the menu, searching for our favorites, we finally asked. "Where's the Okonomoyaki?" Turns out, the restaurant's under new management, but keeping the same name. The new menu basically has a handfull of appetizers, and as it turns out, lower quality versions of the old sushi menu. Dissapointing to say the least. For some reason, we still give the place a shot. It could be good, right? Wrong! I get tuna and spicy tuna. The tuna's okay...pretty standard, while the spicy tuna's a tuna avocado roll, served with a dipping bowl of spicy sauce. Even worse, this tuna looks like it's been out for a while. A €50 lesson learned here, hopefully not just for me. Don't bother, hit up another Sushi joint instead.
