We had actually already had a venue…read morecoordinator that came with our reception venue, but since the wedding and reception were in two locations, I wanted to hire one person to act as the go-to. So I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she was worth her weight in gold. I had many guests say that it was the best wedding they've ever attended, and I give a lot of that credit to Natasha's work on coordinating a seamless night. Even though she was a day-of coordinator, she started doing a lot of scheduling, phone and email correspondence, and checking details with me about a month prior to the day. It was so nice to be able to hand over my 2+ years of planning to her and trust her to execute it. And she did so perfectly. She was very organized and helped me stay sane, and she always took every challenge I threw her way with a huge smile and enthusiasm. I had a lot of moving parts during my wedding. There was a church that wasn't exactly easy to work with, a large bridal party, two bands, and 14 vendors in total. Almost every vendor was independent, so I didn't make it easy on her. I think the best possible thing I could say about Natasha's work was that on the day of the wedding, my husband and I had an amazing time and even if there was chaos in the background (still to this day not sure if there was) we never saw or felt it. However, as soon as we saw her natural, bright and unposed style, we knew that we had to have her capture our day. I think that the photos speak for themselves, but what you can't see is probably most important - amazing customer service. From the time that I inquired about her availability all the way to delivering pictures, Veronica was very responsive and thorough. I've always felt welcome to ask questions, re-arrange the timeline, add extra time and so on. We conversed and processed all paperwork/payments online which is 100% my preferred method of communications (hi, millenial here). On the wedding day, having Veronica and her assistant there really helped me relax and enjoy the wedding instead of fretting about the timeline. She worked so well with the other vendors and my friends and family loved her too :) When my bustle broke, she even teamed up with my coordinator to fix it quickly and get me back to the party. Most memorable was 'The Last Witch Hunter' starring Vin Diesel, Michael Caine, and Elijah Wood, but also television shows 'Outsiders,' and 'Mindhunter.' The itinerary was clearly given to Red…read moreCarpet Limo: Omni Hotel to Allegheny Courthouse (.1 mile); Allegheny Courthouse to Omni (.1 mile) for quick lunch, the driver was welcome to join the wedding party & family; a 3 hour round trip to the groom's mother in a nursing home to include her in his special day; and finally the Omni to the Art Room (1.1 miles). The groom's mother unexpectedly passed away in 02/25 resulting in the round trip no longer needed. The reservation was cancelled on 02/28/25. Yes, I signed a contract the deposit was non-refundable. Due to the circumstances, I inquired if they would consider refunding the deposit or even a partial refund. I was told because the reservation was booked 11/27/24, they wouldn't do a refund as they had turned away reservations for the 14 passenger bus. I told her we weren't going with another company, the groom's mother unexpectedly passed away and there was 3 months before our reservation date to rent it. She told me, I didn't know if they would be able to rent the bus and there would be no refund and hung up on me. I immediately called back 3 times and was put on hold twice by the same person, she was playing the how long will she stay on hold game and then sent directly to voice mail. My issue is not that they wouldn't issue a refund, my issue is the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM shown by HANGING UP ON ME and then refusing to take my call.
