Having a small buffet means that jf it's crowded it can take longer to get the food that you want (because someone else is blocking you) or people become impatient and jump the line to weigh their food as there is no arrow pointing which direction to go around the buffet to get in line to weigh your food. I thought the food was good but not great enough to return back for more. The seating is communal meaning that you will have to share with others. I didn't really like that concept but it didn't take away from my experience. Ensuring that your parties are not mixed with others, waiters take your drink order and then provide you with a receipt. Along with this receipt you'll take one form the buffet after weighing your food. At the end of your meal, you'll need both receipts to pay for your food at the cashier register before exciting. Customer service was good could be better, they just all seemed to be in a rush (around 1:30-2:30 pm).

For the steak: you definitely won't confuse this with actual meat, but it was still good and flavorful - and the texture itself was super interesting. It had the bit of a real steak but with layers and complexity. I'm very glad I ended up trying this. All in all, the dishes we ordered were all great - and really interesting. I wasn't the biggest fan of the "bacon" / "guanciale" - it was a bit too squishy and needed to be crisped up a bit more but that's a personal preference. Pay inside when you are done by informing the staff of your table number. This was one of our top 5 favorite places on a two week trip in Italy.
