The waiter kept saying look at the cork, as if that made the wine taste better. Eventually they agreed to change the wine to something much closer to what we requested but the scene they made put a damper on the evening. As for the food. This was also mixed. The ossobuco was very firm, have had this dish numerous times across Italy and this was the firmest and poorest prepared. The Maialino (braised pork) and applesauce was tender and quite good. Contori of asparagus and mixed grilled veggies were well prepared. Prices on the higher side.

First course, a big pile of a pasta called "bigolini" which I've not seen before. It is like thick spaghetti with a rough surface. That is needed because the sauce on it was quite thick and another interesting taste - nettles. Definitely different. Second course, risotto made with a red wine reduction.
