We are frequent visitors to Chantilly France, a charming town about 35km from Paris. Giorgio's is my "go-to" non-French cuisine restaurant. Service is very good! The trade pasta dishes are respectable but the pizza is great! Their house pepper oil is the perfect companion! Desert is a must! Their glacé is served with Chantilly Cream! Nice big serving loaded with meat, wonderful sauce and cheese and my wife had a pasta dish that she also thoroughly enjoyed. We did see a unique dish at another table that we have never seen anywhere. They took a whole wheel of (I think) Parmesan cheese and dumped piping hot pasta in the center and mixed it around to the hollow and then served it. It looked great. Soggy, mushy messes made with the French equivalent of Wonder Bread. How can a French restaurant mess up something as basic as a Croque Monsieur?? You are better off going to the bakery across the street or the Italian restaurant next door. Avoid this place.
