She guided us to a table with juices, cakes, cold meats, and a couple of other stuff and then left us to figure out where to sit. We ordered two cappuccinos and then tried to eat some of the food that was on the table. The coffee was terrible, the croissants and bread were dry and seemed days old, and the meats were also dry. We sucked it up and ate because we thought at least we didn't have to pay. Then, as we were about to leave, the woman comes over to our table and tells us we have to pay EVEN IF IT WAS COMPRISED. What? Terrible service, terrible food, and terrible ownership.

The location of the restaurant was perfect, but it was not enough to counteract the dismal service, low-quality of food, awful wine, and terrible bookkeeping. The server was only semi attentive to our needs. The wine was brought with bugs in it and when we asked for it to be exchanged, we were given a different, bad tasting wine and told it was the same one we received earlier (it was most definitely not). The pasta was flavorless and mediocre at best. And finally, the restaurant manager incorrectly tallied our bill and tried to overcharge. This is a restaurant that knows it will continue to get crowds of tourists and doesn't bother to take any pride in its craft. Overall a horrible experience, please spend your money elsewhere.
