It appears you are supposed to order all drinks, including the water, at the bar. They weren't quite keeping up with clearing all of the tables, including ours, but there wasn't an obvious place to bring the trays when we were finished. The restaurant itself is a fast casual German "Italian" chain, where you order your dish directly at the cook, watch them make it, then find a seat and eat it. The space itself is really nice, with high ceilings and large big windows. There's also a really nice and large outdoor seating area during summertime. I prefer the indoor setting in the city center Vapiano to the one at the Hafen. Service is always friendly enough.
