My traditional Tuscan soup was more like a saucy southern dressing than a brothy soup but very filling and warm on a chilly day. My husbands cuddlefish soup was excellent (a little salty for me, but I don't eat a lot of salt so probably perfect for most). The warm apple pie dessert with custard was also outstanding. I am not a big sweets gal but have to admit I had more than my usual one bite taste. Perfecto!

The service was great. The food by far the best we've had in Florence. Prices are very reasonable. Not on the tourist beat, which makes it even better.
