There was a very bold color there before that we hated and I was afraid to paint it on tall ladders due to it being on stairs 2: we had water damage come into a downstairs neighbor due to a leaking washing machine. I waited too long to have it fixed and it got moldy. Tom tore it out, dried it out, mitigated any mold, and rebuilt it good as new 3: when we had a roof tear off, we removed an old skylight in order to hopefully get more life out of the roof down the road. Tom made it look like it was never there Tom has fair prices and works really hard. As somebody who appreciates nice painting and drywall work, but isn't any good at it, I can highly recommend Tom. He has exceptional attention to detail and strives to make the customer happy.

He was professional and immediately went to work replacing the torsion spring and a roller ball bearing. He tested the door several times, did some fine tuning and was done in about 40 minutes.
