Although I was nervous about not being there in person, Rob assured me everything would go smoothly...and it did! Rob is very professional, detailed, skilled and stayed on budget. Rob was always easy to communicate with, and always kept me up-to-date with texts, photos, calls, and emails. He was excellent at coordinating every detail between me, Frary Lumber, and other sub-contractors. Rob is a great problem-solver and creative by thinking 'outside the box' when necessary. The job done was excellent and thorough. The existing structures were demolished and all the debris removed from our yard and forms set up on the first day and on the next the cement was poured, shaped and smoothed. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Cowboys Concrete was very easy to work with and was receptive and responsive to our questions, concerns and suggestions. We have had many people tell us how great the stairs and walk now look and always ask who did it. Cowboys Concrete impressed us with their work ethic, their skill, their friendliness, and their integrity and timeliness in doing and completing the project. I first contacted Darrell to fix a plumbing leak. I am fairly handy but my attempt at fixing the…read moreissue failed so in frustration I turned to Darrell for help. I don't know him at all and just decided on him through a yelp search. After about a 15 minute phone conversation explaining the issue, Darrell said that he'd stop by the following day to take a look. He ended up giving me some suggestions so that I might fix the problem myself but said that he'd be happy to do the repair if I need him to do it. I'm very pleased to tell you that it's been a week and the leak seems to be fixed. He didn't even charge me for his time and effort. Very coincidently, my water heater went out later that day. I called Darrell and explained my dilemma and he agreed to change some appointments around so that he could install a new one the next day. One day without hot water is enough for me to Darrell was super friendly, honest, very capable, and allowed me to work with him as to save a little money on the labor. I'm definitely going to hire him whenever I have the need.

The thing I wasn't told was I have to pay for the time it takes for the tech to leave his house(he was mowing his lawn), go to the shop then come to my house then work on my problem. The technician Mike did a good job, 15 minutes and he was done. There are plenty of electricians out there I suggest finding a more honest company. Steer clear of United the will bait and switch you.

Tad came up almost an hour away to give an…read moreestimate and was very polite and professional and had our estimate ready minutes later for the house after 2" hail damage followed by a tornado just a couple weeks later. He spent much time with his crew at the house and they clean up constantly while working to keep all the nails and rubbish out of the yard and driveway. Price was also very reasonable as we used a better shingle at a cheaper cost than other roofers. I would use all over again if we were in the need and my wife and I highly recommend if you're in the need of a new roof.
