My child used to go here until I noticed many things occurring that I was not happy with I noticed constant changes in staff and unfortunately Directors. I've always been on edge with the safety curccumstances due to my child's teachers are constantly changed with no notice, no introduction and with the Director leaving who gave me so much comfort I have had enough. They have very poor communication skills and never have answers to anything I ask. This greatly effects my child as they are always confused , never know their teachers names and sometimes mornings are so rough because they refuse to go. I have friends who take their children to other locations and have had bad experiences as well. I do not recommend Alphabet Learning Center.

He has lots of stories and keeps the class interesting yet relevant to content material. He also always makes sure we understand important concepts in the lecture so we are prepared to pass the test. My two day PALS class was small (10 people), and the one day (6 hour) ACLS recertification was large (50 people). However both classes had enough staff members to lead the mega codes thoroughly and efficiently. A.C.E.S. is the company my hospital works with for all nurses' educational needs, however I would choose them in a "heartbeat" if I was given a choice.

They are professional, offer a variety of locations, have several classes a month, are affordable and best of all conscious about our time. For a BLS renewal, you pay $40, (at the time of this review), and spend about two hours learning how to save adults and children through CPR, use of AED's and the Heimlich maneuver. The last renewal class I went to there was only three of us, so we were able to speed through class and finish with in under the 2 hours we were scheduled for yet still completing everything we needed to go over. They try and make the classes fun, yet knowledgeable. Luckily I haven't had to use my skills, hopefully I never will, but I feel confident that if I do, I can help save a life.

My training commenced in November of 2017 The coursework…read moreincluded Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma and I will be completing Business Analyst Bootcamp in February of 2018. Overall I find that the Directions Training team are very pleasant and the instructors are quite knowledgeable. Since I was new to the whole WIOA Process, my choices for the above coursework were not really the best for me; in retrospect, I should have selected a different training course. I place most of the responsibility on myself, and yet I think that a more thorough consultation from both the WIOA and the Directions Team would have yielded for me a better understanding of the program and I could have better utilized the program to my benefit. In retrospect I can see that everyone just assumed that we as students already knew everything that we needed to know in order to make the selections. In addition everything just moved a neck break speed and I was a bit overwhelmed. No doubt the skills and training that I have received will be quite valuable in my career. My advice to anyone in WIOA and ready to select a Training Provider: ASK MORE QUESTIONS and don't make your decisions until you fully understand how everything works. Having said that, I would wholeheartedly recommend Directions to my friends and family. And Finally - I feel that the classes should have been two weeks as opposed to one and should move at a more controlled pace with more interaction and pre-testing / evaluation. Been to many different 1 week training courses for work at Directions training. I signed up for the…read morechicago class because I was told the teacher would be at this location. I was schocked when i showed up for class and we were the remote location and the teacher was in OakBrook. I would have rather gone to oakbrook and been with the teacher. The teacher spent most of his time with the class that was in oakbrook and we were left out of a big part of the class. When we all asked to go to oakbrook to be with the teacher we were told we could and then were told that they didn't have any more room. For the amount of money my company spent on this training I would have expected better or at least been given advanced notification of the remote session so I could have signed up for another class with a teacher.
