I asked an employee at the register if they had NeeDoh, and she responded "No!" in a very rude tone. While I continued browsing, the same employee said "what!" to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful way, which made me feel uncomfortable. I asked for her name and she said "Natasha" (not sure if that was accurate). She was working at the register. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

This was my first time ever going into a Paper Store location. I have seen a few different…read morelocations just driving by them and have always wanted to go in but I never had the time. I finally had my chance this afternoon when I was up in New Hampshire running a couple of errands. It's funny, I always pictured this company to only sell things like stationary, gift wrap and greeting cards. But today I found out it is so much more than that. Along with the greeting cards and gift wrapping supplies I saw Vera Bradley handbags and some gifts, clothing, flip flops, ladies fashion scarves, bracelets and more. I got a good deal on a Vera Bradley handbag since they were having a sale that gave me 50% off their regular price of the handbag. It was a retired pattern and they were having a sale on retired patterns. Some of the items were 30% off, others were 50% off. I had about 3 different bags I was interested in but I wanted to see what they were charging for each one before I decided on the one I was going to buy. So a sales associate looked up the prices for me on all 3 bags. I decided on the medium priced bag and I must say it is a beautiful one with a very pretty pattern and plenty of room on the inside with pockets on both the inside and outside of the bag. When I went to pay for my item the sales clerk invited me to join their loyalty program and helped me to sign up for it. I also was very happy to receive a free hand sanitizer as a gift with my purchase. That was totally unexpected and was a very nice surprise. The store was very neatly kept up with well arranged shelves and displays. The store was clean and it was very pleasant and fun to shop there. I can't say enough nice things about this store. It is a great one.

I haven't been using Amesbury Library because I couldn't find adequate work space. I went back this…read moreweek to renew my card and do some work. I met a few of the staff while there, they were pleasant and helpful. I discovered they have been doing renovations and have moved furniture, including the circulation desk. It looks great and appears more user friendly. The renovation included the addition of a small workspace. It's not the greatest, but it's certainly adequate to be able to do work there. My experience was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and it was nice to be able to go to the library in my hometown. I also appreciated that I didn't have to pay for parking like I do in NBPT. As I have used many local libraries Amesbury doesn't hold up. I recommend Amesbury look to build a new library. Check out Salisbury, Merrimac and Newburyport libraries, they are amazing. Please Amesbury- consider building a modern library.

I usually use their website and request the books to be put on hold that I want. They can send you an email or text when the book arrives which is very convenient! I definitely recommend checking out their museum passes also. You can get into quite a few different local museums for half off prices. A great deal!
