I told her I go often and the other stores are cheaper. She does not care. Another girl chimes in to help her and she at least said sorry and fixed it to the correct amount of $14. The original gal never apologized and just had a nasty arrogance about her. Idk why it's hard to apologize for trying to overcharge your customer and make them wait way longer than needed. The wax specialist wasn't great either, I asked her to apply pressure and she barely did it and then had to do way too many strips (I go often, so I know) and she left a bunch of wax still on me.
