Then they put you on the back burner to keep making money and don't communicate again after coming to take pictures of damages done. The office manager NEVER reached out to us first. It has been terrible and I do not wish this experience on anyone. $8900 for a bathtub and the caulking was not printable, incomplete in areas, not smooth and straight, no cleanup done. There was drywall mud in my carpet. Just terrible!
