I ONLY selected one star because I had to select something in order to post. Moller Marketing has…read morebeen charging me hundreds of dollars each month for "marketing services." They claimed to make my site secure, but when I looked, many pages were not secure. I looked at our contract, and realized they were not fulfilling other duties as well such as site cleanup and maintenance. I went through and had to do it all myself. They then said it was time to renew my contract, and I said I would not like to renew. Nate-the owner-responded several times saying he was going to continue charging me with my credit card on file. I said my card on file is no longer valid. I decided to change my website to a different host. After I made the switch, Moller Marketing stated many times that my new site didn't have all the widgets that he had. It didn't matter, my site was not secure and could provide everything I needed. 24 hours later my site crashed. I had many outside people look into this, and they said there is proof that Moller Marketing did this on purpose. I don't know all the technical terms, but he had things that shouldn't be hosted on his servers, hosted on his servers. This is already a shady move as it is sensitive information that he never should have had. We also did not know he was doing that. When we reached out to him, he said he would be happy to "fix" everything if we went back to him. I will never do business with that shady company ever again.
