I contacted Vincent because of his reputation as a top-producing Realtor and expected a high level of personalized service. During our conversation, he told me he would call me back, but instead I was contacted by his fiancée, Jillian. I spent considerable time explaining exactly what I was looking for in a home and specifically told both Vincent and Jillian that I was not interested in one particular development. Despite that, the list of homes I received included multiple properties in the very development I had clearly said I didn't want. I wasn't looking for someone to email me listings that I could easily find myself on Zillow or Realtor.com. I already search those sites regularly. I was looking for the value an experienced Realtor should provide: listening carefully to my priorities, understanding the communities that best fit my needs, and offering thoughtful, personalized guidance. After I emailed with additional questions, I was then passed to another agent who struck me as relatively inexperienced. At that point, I no longer felt I was receiving the personalized guidance, professionalism, or thoughtful attention I had expected when I first contacted Vincent. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I chose Vincent because of his reputation. NEVER EVER use Illustrated Properties. The realtors Linda Bright and Parker SantaLucia are TOTAL LIARS. Any chance these realtors get to take advantage of you they will take it. They DO NOT care about their clients wishes and they're only in it for the money. From the beginning of the deal they lied about making offers to multiple houses my parents were interested in. My parents had one house they liked the most so coincidently Linda says that none of the other 4 houses came back with a counter offer and the only one that did was this house. I mean none of them have still sold so it seems suspicious that none of them came back. My parents also wanted to have the furniture negotiated into the deal and they discouraged them and told them to wait until after closing to bring it up to the sellers. I mean by that time what sell is not going to have a plan to keep the furniture? Absolutely stupid. I told my parents that, and they went back to the realtor during the inspection period to make sure they could hear back about an offer for this furniture. The realtors never pushed to get back. With my parents asking multiple times a week for an update, they finally got back 3 WEEKS LATER. Overall, they made many requests to work together with seller and they just found out that the sellers never heard about of them. They were totally trying to keep them apart to make their own jobs easier. I'm absolutely in shocked these people are totally deceitful and horrible. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company allowed a realtor to list his own property. Kelley McDougall listed his property in West Palm Beach. He gave my parents a very hard time during negotiations and ultimately he rescinded on the agreement. We will not use this company at all and will make it our personal agenda that this company loses as much business as possible. In life it is better to treat people as you would like to be treated. Kelley McDougall would not accept my parents preapproval. He would not sign the contract without a preapproval which they did provide him. They actually provided him with two preapproval letters and were waiting to write a check to hold the property. Kelley explained to my husband that they had a verbal agreement. SO after Kelley said he would accept a preapproval he decided he wanted an approval letter instead. We explained that we could not get an actual approval without a contract. The mortgage loan officer even called Kelley and he still accepted another offer. My parents had their heart set on that property and a greedy realtor accepted another offer. Even our own realtor explained that this is unethical. Florida laws states that a legally enforceable contract can be verbal or written. We are going to file a complaint with the Florida Division of Real Estate. Ultimately I would tell people to look elsewhere for a realtor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE KELLEY MCDOUGALL AS YOUR REATOR. read more

STAY AWAY FROM REALTOR MARQUIS QUEEN FROMILLUSTRATED PROPERTIES, I am a 73 year old disabled veteran living in Springhill Florida but own investment property in Riviera beach, and was contacted by Marquis Queen as a result of a realtor matching site. I strongly voiced my apprehensions about investors and real estate agents upon first contact with him. He assured me he had worked with homeowners looking to sell property "as is", or homeowners wanting to renovate their property and that he personally assisted with painting, mowing their yards etc, to make them happy. I bought in on self appraisals of himself, and had an appointment set up for him to give me an offer 'as is condition", or contact a contractor that he had utilized before. Instead of fulfilling an appointment time for viewing, he consistently and persistently asked me what we're my previous offers and how much I wanted to net I had a hard time getting him to respond and when he did, he insinuated he was not interested because he was hell bent in asking what offers I had even though I had told him twice in text messages that the offers I received were from shady investors who never saw the inside of the property. read more

Re: Listing 33408, 50 Celestial Way, #8E, Juno Beach, FL: Badly in need of updating. Poorly maintained, shoddy furnishings. Furnishings depicted in listing are not actual furnishings in unit. Stove at least 40 years old. No working garbage disposal, ice maker, overhead porch fan, vacuum cleaner, two front windows broken and cannot be locked. Landlady/agent extremely difficult to work with. Makes any excuse to come in while property is rented to snoop around. The only fairly new addition is carpet which necessitates a "no shoes" policy. Beware of getting all of your security deposit back! read more
