We hired a pool guy who didn't know what he was doing and ended up REALLY ruining our pool water. When we were scrambling around town trying to figure out why algae was growing at a very rapid rate, we were directed by Leslie's Pool Supply to go check out Action Pool Supply in Temecula to see if they could help us drain the pool. When we showed up to Action, we met Bradley the owner of Action and BMB and we are SO HAPPY we did. Brad helped us drain our pool, scrub the walls and start fresh and now our weekly visits are done by Eric who is PHENOMENAL. He always answers all our questions, goes above and beyond and knows what he's doing. For how small our pool is, it seems to be a tough one to maintain in this heat. We could not be more grateful for all the help and work that BMB has done for us to get our pool in great working order! Hire these guys, you won't be disappointed!

I would give 5 stars for the staff, namely Katie and Anthony at the front desk. They were exceptionally helpful. Katie, in particular, genuinely enjoys working here and did everything in her power to ensure my party had the best stay. I would give 1.5- 2 stars for the lack of a code of conduct or the enforcement thereof. There were so many couples who struggled with keeping their "physical passion for one another" to themselves. Many different couples were spanking each other LOUDLY in various areas of the resort. There were some couples who were getting a little too comfortable with one another in different soaking tubs, some who were getting "handsy" at the clay cove, and some who were just doing questionable behavior regardless where they were. I am a young adult and I've been around couples who have had public passion for each other- like making out at amusement parks- you know, the usual. BUT this behavior was on another level; this was out of the bounds of public decency. On the note of public decency, there were a few guests whose swimwear exposed more than it covered (if you're picking up what I'm throwing down). There was, also, one man in particular who was smoking/ taking a fat rip of his vape in front of CHILDREN. All that being said, I could NOT, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone accompanied by very young humans as a child-friendly/ family- friendly resort. Aside from those concerns, everything else met my standards. Hotel room (Stone Lodge) was clean. Towels were stocked at the pools. The temperatures were good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not return as a day pass user (since my party and I are not locals), BUT we would come back as hotel guests.

My fiancé and I have made numerous attempts to email , call and appear in person. We've used the POA wedding inquiry on the website with no return phone calls Or emails. We've left numerous messages for the staff or the wedding coordinator at the lodge with no response. On August 23, 2026 my fiancé walked into the lodge to speak to a manager. The manager(Ashley) was eating her lunch at the bar in the lodge and stated she was on her lunch break, and she was too busy to help her. When my fiancé told me of this unfortunate news, I took charge and got a hold of the Lodge manager myself.Ashley stated that March 6, 2027 was open and that Paul would be giving me a call personally to work out the details. When Paul called I let him know that I was disabled and in a wheelchair and the first question Paul asked me was how much did you want to spend? I explained to our budget was round 20,000 to 30,000 but we could spend upwards too close to 50,000 to 60,000 if need be. Paul then replied and stated that the date is booked, but they have not left a deposit. I've stated if I leave a deposit can we have that date?....Paul then told me he needs to contact other party and see if they still want the date. I still have not received a call from Paul if they left a deposit or if that day Is still booked. After emailing the POA board in frustration and disappointment . Paul finally called the next day and suggest that he's is back in a timely manner. Paul had the audacity., knowing that I'm in a wheelchair to have the wedding at Sunset and do the reception at the country club.. I am still in complete disbelief that he had the audacity to say this. . I find it very frustrating being a resident of Canyon Lake for the last 15 years , the amount of discrimination I've received and the lack of poor follow up Is just downright hurtful . If the lodge cannot accommodate a wedding with the groom in a wheelchair, he should just be very upfront and direct about it. My impression of the Awful Service that the lodge has provided in the last 15 years living in Canyon Lake has not changed. I was hoping that Paul or Ashley could have Changed my view about the Lodge. Furthermore, the inability to Provide a standard service or inquiry. Makes me question where my POA dues really go. I spoke to FOUR different front desk employees and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. The fourth person said they would find someone to help me, then left me standing there waiting until I finally had to say something again. What's frustrating is once someone actually decided to help, the issue was resolved quickly and easily. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was honestly unacceptable. Staff seriously needs better training because customers deserve a smoother experience than this.

I appreciate the ability to make up a class within 30 days and ability to switch classes based off of availability. They do monthly check ins with your child to see their progress and promote them to the next level once they are ready.
