I began going to him in my early 50s and the progress I made was unlike I ever had with any program. His knowledge of how to train an individual at my age is especially unique, and I never experienced an injury due to the way he knows how to strengthen opposing body parts to prevent any injuries. I had the pleasure of getting in contact with one of the owners, Cece. I explained my situation and without skipping a beat she kindly assisted me in a 3 day pass!!! She also offered to extend my pass for more than 3 days without paying!! What spoke to me most was, she trusted me immediately when explaining my situation.
