The DJs had a very negative attitude and couldn't blend a song into another. I knew we were in trouble when, relatively early in the night, I requested the song "Shout," since the dance floor was dead. The DJ then proceeded to play "Shout"...by the band Tears for Fears. What DJ, let alone a WEDDING DJ, gets confused on which version of "Shout" to play? After being corrected, they played a weird, abbreviated version of the regular song...and then finally played the right one. Third times the charm. It was awkward. Thank god the best man at the wedding just happened to have a massive boombox in his car ready to go when the DJ claimed there was rain in the forecast and started leaving early, or else the evening would have been completely ruined. However, a couple shouldn't have to bring their own backup sound equipment to their wedding if the DJ can't deliver on what is promised.

He played all of the songs off the list we gave him and did a great job of figuring out what other songs we might like based upon our musical interests. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. He made sure that he could pronounce everyone's name correctly and he double checked the times that we were doing the cake cutting, father daughter dance, etc. I think the biggest testament to him was that all throughout the night we kept getting people coming up to us asking for his name and number. I think he got like 3 requests for other weddings just during the 4 hours he was working ours! There are a lot of people out there who are much more expensive than Marc, but unless they are serving food in between songs, I don't know how they could justify those prices. We highly recommend him for your next party or your wedding.
