I've had had plenty of packages delivered on time to my residence and even at the store for pickup…read morethankfully through great customer service and online tracking. I'm not a fan of the Confusing AI virtual assistant, however, if you get in person contact with Customer Service at any store, they usually can get a hold of what's going on and get you rolling for the next day's delivery if something's not on time. They also showed compassion and found us the most economical yet expedient shipping options. She was rushed away after placing her order so a Caucasian lady could be assisted. But it got worse, MUCH WORSE! Several days went buy with no call from the store, so she called them a few times only to get a run around. Finally, after 5 days, she called again and spoke with Kathy who says "Oh you need to come in to proof them". Five days! And no one bothered to call her! So I went with her to the store. We spoke to Kathy who was no help so we asked for the manager. The manager, Brendon, approached actually screaming at my girlfriend! When she mentioned she felt discriminated on the first day when she was rushed in favor of the Caucasian lady, Brendon said "Stop, Stop, if you are going to claim that, I am going to throw you out of my store!". Basically verbally assaulting her! He then covered for Kathy. When we said we were leaving and taking our business elsewhere, we demanded back the original business card. Brendon, said "What card?", proving that he was not even paying attention to the complaint since we had just explained it seconds prior. I was a stockholder and immediately dumped my shares. I will NEVER use Office Depot again. Utterly WORTHLESS management and customer service.
