In the emails and at the appointment, Robbie is very thorough in explaining everything and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. He also has very reasonable prices. I thought odd I didn't go under a heater, but thought, I don't always. After it was done, my hair seems even darker than before??? My light blonde streaks I came in with, were now sandy blonde. I had tears in my eyes. The whole time she complained about her lack of staff and having to work a ton by herself. The cut so was fast I was in and out in 15 minutes, which might be great for some, but my thick hair felt awful and jagged after. The front desk staff were so nice and kind. I barely waited anytime at all when my masseuse, Nicole, called me back. The massage was incredibly relaxing, I could have easily fallen asleep.
