Zero stars. Avoid. I was told when booking that the $115 fee included medication. I paid, sat down, and suddenly the story changed--now it's a pharmacy prescription that may not even be filled and costs extra. That's not a mix-up, that's misleading. The only redeeming part of this place is the MA, Amanda--she's excellent. Everyone else? The opposite experience. No provider showed up. First it was "remote visit," then it became "he'll call you... at some point... maybe." No timeframe, no accountability, just "he's busy at other clinics." This was a pre-scheduled, fully paid appointment--not a standby line. Asked for a refund, got only part of my money back, and was met with attitude and hostility by the front desk lady with blue hair for questioning any of it. This location needs better front desk reps! They don't speak when you walk in. She asked for an ID... nothing specific.... I gave her my passport which is a federal ID. She asks you don't have an ID? Ma'am a Passport is a form of ID. From My initial phone call I had a gut feeling that this place would be unprofessional and unwelcoming. read more

Actually they rate a negative 10. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Keep your records because they don't keep track and the are argumentative when they are wrong. I was called to come in and then told it was too soon. Skip the drama and go to another program. The environment is outdated but it's perfect for the poor service. You've been warned. I read other reviews and we anyway. They were correct in reporting unacceptable business practices. read more

Rude employees in the front, fix the way you talk to patients. Won't greet anyone coming in and have rude signs everywhere. Obviously, there are no communication skills . You are loosing business because of this. Gave you guys another opportunity and came back! Had yet another terrible experience! Because I expressed my feelings about the staff in the front via a google review I was told that my services were terminated. Are you serious?! I have the right to express when my the staff is being rude. I have been in customer service for over 10 years!! Instead of retaliating against customers, find out what the problem was and address it. The way you handle a customer complaint is pathetic! read more

Great customer service fast and very friendly, they get you in and out in timely matter
