Our standard rate was $68.00, they charged is a rush fee of $69.00 plus additional charges. I was shocked by the overcharge and thought they would correct it to my satisfaction, they did take off some but it left my card cost at $170.00. Which is ridiculous by any standard. I come here multiple times a month to print items for my job. I have been told multiple times to…read moreemail my print order in advance in order to be able to pick up. Every time I do that whether it is an hour or two hours before pick up, the order is never ready. Today I had to wait over 15 minutes and was charged a $35 printing fee that I have never been charged before. Youd think since my order took longer than an hour and a half to just print 100 copies on standard paper that they would be courteous, but that is not the case.
