I came in to make an Amazon return. There was a guy at the counter in front of me who was having some sort of issue. 2 employees were behind the counter, yet I stood there for eons waiting to be helped. The customer clogging up the line walked away for at least 7-8 mins. The cashier could have easily held up his transaction while he was in the store searching for whatever, but did she? Nope.
