With continued fever for 2 weeks and pain without proper care nor testing, I had to come back to Dr Galvan, he heard what I had to say, ran some tests and referred me to a specialist, after a thorough testing through bloodwork, X-rays and ultrasound was he able to pin point what was happening with me and my body, something I was asking the so called Doctors in the US, and I got no concern on their behalf! I am still recovering because of how inept the US doctors are and how they didn't act in time. I am more than grateful to this Dr and his knowledge and teamwork with his staff and colleagues in other fields. I love how quick we get results, and how attentive to detail he is!

Oh so many injuries have caught up with me. I've been to multiple Imaging Healthcare locations over the years but this is my preferred one. The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.

My journey started by researching stem cell treatments in Mexico. I connected with 3 clinics…read moreincluding ProgenCell. I chose ProgenCell because of their professional ways of working with me. First, the communication was superior compared to the other two. All my questions were answered by the same or next day via email. I was always able to connect by phone when I needed to talk to someone. Second, I was able to communicate with the doctors by phone when I needed clarity for my questions. The other two clinics would not let me talk to any doctor even when I told them I needed some answers before paying the expenses for lodging, transportation, food etc. The doctors at ProgenCell were completely transparent with their advise even if it meant that possible stem cell treatment would not work for one of my knees and knee replacement would be the better choice. Third, the staff was totally punctual on all levels. Scheduled phone calls, treatments, transportation for pick up and delivery were right on schedule. Forth, the staff and doctors were kind, patient, thorough, professional and fun to be with. Fifth, the staff even set up the appointments and transportation for x-ray and lodging for me. Really, they were so efficient, all I had to do was show up. It's a little early to know of the long term effects of the stem cell treatment but I have notice an improvement in regards to my pain level and function with my knees after about 2 weeks since my treatment. I was given an IV of 100,000,000 stem cell and 20,000,000 stem cells in each knee. Overall, I'm very pleased and grateful that I found ProgenCell online. I will certainly use them in the future. Scheduling was easy and the staff was not only incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone, but my MRI technician walked me through every step of the scanning process and made it less scary. They have coffee and water available while you wait. These were the receptionists who were helping navigate this appointment around my work schedule and they were successful! Jennifer was the MRI tech who did my MRI and she was awesome. Friendly, descriptive, patient and explained this entire process to me thoroughly. I had no issues getting this MRI done. Super easy and no headache.

I completed my radiation treatments about 2 months ago at this facility. This was the best overall…read moregroup of employees that I've ever seen in any business. Everyone always had a smile on their face. From the nurses and Dr. Rahn, to the radiation techs, who had to put up with my stories, to the ladies up front. These ladies along with the office manager, went so far past above and beyond, they helped me so much. They would take it upon themselves to handle the dentist problem I was having. The manager wrote a professional letter that I would give to the border guards every day when I crossed. This may sound crazy, but I looked forward to going every day, even though I was going for radiation treatments. I sincerely want to thank everybody for making a crappy situation, extremely bearable.
