The only bump my fiance and I had was that we enjoy more of the horror/thriller genre and there's just one big group of "mystery" here. So you really need to dig to find something super particular. But the range that this place has and the customer service makes up for it!! Books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, vinyls, etc etc etc! I wish I got their names but the young girl and the older male working up front were so sweet to us. It was such a good change compared to other local customer service.
