Thinking I had a phone issue, I called back....to be answered by the most horrible "what do you want?" "What are you trying to sell me?" I responded with "nothing", and began to tell her, she loudly yelled, "dont sell me anything". Then, I asked if she was the owner and to whom would I speak, otherwise. She shouted "dont call here, again", very angrily. If someone answering the phone shouting, the first time, and being very angry is who you want to teach your kids patience and self control- you have the wrong lady. From, an MMA mom who's team would never act in this way! Especially, not in front of kids or the class.

Kristen Smith took care of my Introductory Classes for CF and I realized she is one of the best trainers I worked with, very attentive, very detailed specific, and most of all have a zeal to help the trainees and give her 100%. I heard Kristen can even do Goal Planning for each Trainee, Isn't that amazing. Group sessions were simply great, Charles and JD were the Trainers that I worked with so far and they were very Professional, they know how to get the results out of your workouts. The Workout of the day is planned before the session so trainees can know what they can expect from a session, so we can prepare for the session mentally and physically. I cannot wait to be part of this Gym community and looking forward to working with other Trainers as well. We started at local belt-mill (ATA) and quickly realized our mistake, but contrary to a reply to…read moremy direct question about my ability to terminate a contract before signing it, ATA refused to do so. FYI, ATA uses deceptive sales practices and will tell you that you can quit any time, what they don't mention is that you have to move! After a good friend heard my story and recommended Impact I visited and was immediately impressed by what I saw. Instead of a bunch of little kids with advanced belts sitting around a candle meditating (ATA), I saw kids running, exercising, fighting, "YES SIR" responses expected, and my son was immediately excited about what he saw. It just so happened while I was there an original founder of the school happened to be present. When I told my story about ATA and still having almost 6 months to go on their contract that they refused to terminate, he suggested to the man currently running the school they allow my son to attend free for 6 months! Needless to say we took them up on their offer and some 9 years later are still there, need I say more!
