My son started here about a month ago and I have absolutely no complaints! The communication is great because they're always answering the phone! As a new mom and with this being my so son's first daycare experience, I call often and ask MANY questions. I never get the vibe that they're tired of me. They document my son's diaper change, feeding, and nap times. I feel they're really accurate. Lastly, Ms. Jodi the director is AMAZING! When I bring a concern to her attention, no matter how big or small, she goes over and beyond to tend to it. So far I love this environment for my son! read more

This school is all around bad. You get what you pay for. Here is what led me to withdraw my son. It was October 2023. I walked up to the classroom door and watched through the glass as a teacher yanked my son over into her lap to get another child's flip flop off of his arm. He stumbled into her lap where she yanked it off and then moved her arm so that my son fell back off of her lap into the floor. I was stunned. I got my son and went to tell the director at the front desk but was so emotional that I took my son home and sent my husband in immediately. He asked to see the video recording and was told THAT THERE WAS NO VIDEO. We were upset. When we enrolled our son we were told video was not live but that it was saved in case there was an incident. Then we were told that there was video but that we couldn't watch it because other kids were in the video that were in cps custody. This day the director told us that what happened was unacceptable and that the teacher would be fired. Me and my husband decided to talk to the director the next day and not send our son back until we had discussed what happened and felt safe sending him back. The next day the director calls around 8:45 am and tells us that she had watched the video and then it was "not that bad ". She stated that we could see the video as long as we got there before 9 AM. It seems like she was hoping we would not make it in time however we live close enough that we were there immediately. I could not bring myself to watch the video again, so my husband went in alone to watch it. He was shocked by what was on the video, just like I was. The Director told him that it was not that bad and that they would give the teacher more training. They had not fired her as they stated they would and she was in fact in the classroom that morning and would've been there had we sent our son that day! My husband asked the Director (ASHLEY FERGUSON) if she would be OK with the teacher doing that to her own kids and she said of course not and that's why she was going to give her more training. They would not even pull the teacher out until this "training" was complete. We pulled our son out of the school at this time. I went into express my disappointment to Ashley, who stated that it was not her job to make me feel better about what happened. I then showed Ashley the teachers Facebook page where there was explicit content and drug use and asked her if they checked their social media or did drug testing and she stated no because what they did in private is none of her business which I beg to differ when children are involved. Ashley stated that she would go fire the teacher at this point for that reason, but who knows if she ever did. Just know that if you send your kids here they haven't done the appropriate background checks or drug testing and they wont care if a teacher harms your child. They would not stop payment and said I would have to pay for the next two weeks since I didn't give notice of withdraw. There is so much more I want to include but I am limited so I will try to add a comment. If I'm not able to here is the gist: poor supervision, mixed age classrooms, extremely high turnover, no art work or projects sent home (or seemingly even completed), classrooms are bare (the kids have no toys or books) and lazy teachers (sit on the floor texting and wear AirPods in both ears. read more

OTHER PARENTS NEED TO BEWARE: the "co-owner" ASHLEY FERGUSON will threaten you with information in your child's personal file. When I was thinking about enrolling, the director raved about how this is a family-run company that is caring and holds their values closely. However, based on my experience with "Ashley Ferguson", if I could give zero stars, I would. This individual is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever met in my life. First, my account was overdrafted by their mistake. I was understanding and the director assured me it would be taken care of. It took way longer than they said but we got it back. The following week, my son had to go to the ER and I reached out to see if we could make an arrangement to hold his spot because honestly, I couldn't afford to miss work to care for my son and pay for a full week of tuition. The director let me know I wouldn't be charged because my son was technically withdrawn, but of course, I was. Once the "co-owner" called me, she was rude immediately. She said there's nothing they could do and I would need to contact my bank for a stop payment. So much for care, right? I advised that I work at a bank and know that you can't put a stop payment on a transaction that has already gone through and asked if we could please have it refunded. She said that I would need to wait for her to be able to refund me, even though she already confirmed that I was charged. The call escalated when the lady raised her voice and told me she wasn't worried about $240. I said it sure seems like she's pressed over it, to which she began to berate and mock me about saying "pressed" when speaking about business. She said she uses that with her "homegirls". She continued to mock me when I said I would just proceed with withdrawing him by saying, "You wanted him to come back" like this is the only option for care. She then said, "You said you work for a bank? Who's your employer?" When I refused to answer, she said, "Don't worry, I'll get it from your son's file, and they will definitely hear about this!" I went to the daycare to speak with the director and gather my son's belongings. There, the director said I must have been confused and there was no way that she would have been threatening my employment. I asked if we could call her together, and she refused. So, I called from my phone and she answered. I asked if she could clarify for us what she meant by contacting my employer. She yelled at me, "If this isn't about your account, I'm hanging up." I looked at the director like, well there you go. She was still on the phone and said, "I'm only 12 minutes away, I can come up there," to which I responded, "Please do." While sitting patiently in the office with the director and crying because this whole situation has been wildly inappropriate, I see three police officers pull into the parking lot. Knowing that the "co-owner" called them on me, I went outside to speak with the officer. He asked what was going on, and I explained the situation. Then, the "co-owner" pulled in the parking lot, hopped out of her car, and started belligerently screaming, "SHE DON'T KNOW ME" to which the officer told her to go inside the building. He then took the rest of my statement and advised that I could go on about my day. Ashley Ferguson needs to be fired because she clearly doesn't care about people and can't handle herself in a disagreement. She threatened to use my employer listed in my son's personal file (which I'm sure has to be against privacy regulations) to compromise my employment because she didn't like the way a phone call was going. Then, after offering to come to speak with me in person, she called the police on me. She's a joke, and CLEARLY PRESSED. read more

My son has been going here since August 2015 and is thriving! He loves the teachers, they are friendly and polite- call me anytime somethings happens that I need to know- he is now learning to walk and falls often- they are very organized help with my sons medication as well- He recently switched classes and they made sure to make the transition smooth for him, I recommend this place to anyone for their children. They are very well priced also - which helps and if u auto pay u get vacation Weeks and credit! It's great! read more

My children went to this school shortly after it opened until approximately a year and a half ago. I loved the teachers and the schools values in general. They are faith based and have faith based curriculum, highly important to my family. We only left the school because of my job but were happy to move our kids to their Mansfield location where they currently attend. Super easy transition for my kids, great corporation! read more

We've had both our kids here since they were babies, and have been more than happy with the education and care they've been provided in the years since they started here. My kiddos (4 and 6) have been coming here since since this location opened when they were 6 weeks and 2 years. We have always been happy with this location and our children enjoy coming here. We just started after school care for our three children at Imagine Nation last month and we are so very happy with the care they provide! From the sweet ladies at the front desk who greet you with a smile and "Hi, Mom!" every evening, to the EVER SO patient and kind after school teachers who are attentive to my son's food allergies, and even provide non-food treats to make up for what he is unable to have. My kid was 2 years and 5 months old when we moved to this area and we found "Imagine Nation" as an appropriate daycare for her. it was her first time in daycare. During the past two years, she was truly happy every day with her school and her teachers. All her teachers were good, RESPONSIBLE and kind. The most important thing for me was emotional support for my kid when she was apart from me, and they really provided that for her. Also, I was concerned with educational activities accompanied by fun and playing in the daycare and they are great at this too. One thing that I really appreciate about "Imagine Nation" is that they do not use TV to amuse kids (I have seen it in other daycare centers). they may use TV occasionally and not for younger kids. I really like this. The managers of this center care about kids' and parents' needs. They are responsible and concerned about almost everything. read more
