Don't go here. This is a very unprofessional business. The nurse arrived 30 minutes late after I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. So I had to wait for 45 minutes. In the paperwork, there was a form for me to sign stating that the risks and possible outcomes had been explained to me. I didn't sign it as no one had talked to me about these risks or possible outcomes. When the nurse finally arrived, she refused to speak with me about the procedure until I signed the form. How does this make any sense? So I didn't go through with the procedure as if someone cannot understand the logic behind explaining the risks BEFORE the patient signs the paper saying the risks have been explained to them, I do not want them touching my body. The nurse let me know that she knew I never wanted to get the procedure done since the moment I called. She is apparently psychic. Guess I just really like hanging out in dark, dingy waiting rooms. Save yourself a headache and find another place. There are plenty out there that offer the same stuff. read more

I meet with nurse practitioner Veronica to help get me over the edge. She recommended I-lipo and let me tell you it sucked... Sucked the fat right off. I'm so happy with the results! Love, love, love this place. Calm atmosphere, with excellent service. I had the privilege of doing 8 i-lipo sessions and lost an inch!! I'm a little shook …read more.. I came in with EXTREME pain and left feeling human again. I'm not 100% but it's a start. Let me start with the basics. Office is secure, parking is ample (shared lot with 3 other businesses so that can fluctuate) very clean. Staff and patients are masked and I witnessed a lot of cleaning of surfaces, hands and equipment during my time there (great job). I was there on December the 8th at 3pm. Noted because I want the staff working during that's time to get proper recognition. I did not get their names but the ladies working the front desk, Check out and the one that escorted me to my room were absolutely amazing. You don't find friendly relatable office staff anymore. Everyone is so over worked or abused by customers that service slips. These women set the entire tone for my first experience with this office. I hope they are compensated well because THEY created an excellent first impression for this business. Dr Cecil got right to work on my raggedy frame. I heard cracks and pops in areas I didn't think could crack! After all the twisting, turning, stretching, popping.. I felt like we should hug when he was done . In all seriousness I was close to tears not because he hurt me. It was a rush of relief to finally find something/someone that relieves my pain. He was direct about after care and needing more than one visit. While my visit was an hour long it surely did not seem like it at all. There was not a lot of waiting around or dead time which I appreciate fully!! I almost hate to write this review because then EVERYONE will be here, he is that amazing!! The nursing staff in pre-op made me feel very at ease. This might not be noticed by all but to be given quality gown that wasn't threadbare or with knotted ties and very comfortable socks was great. Each person I was going to come in contact with in the operating room came in to introduce themselves, explain what their job was and answer any questions was important. The post-op care was great, too. The fact that they phoned to see how I was doing afterwards and answer any questions showed their professionalism. I highly recommend this facility and staff.

Now I'm in for MORE PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS, in an attempt to straighten it out. Why bother asking for my insurance card and check-in if you're not going to actually do anything with it? AVOID this place - unless you want the kind of headaches I'm going through.
