I was not feeling well and had driven 40 minutes to get to this clinic. I told them that my insurance would speak with them and asked them to wait for a call in the next few minutes. During this time, the receptionist and the nurse were making faces, acting impatient, and treating us very rudely. After about 40 minutes of back-and-forth between my insurance company and the clinic, I overheard the receptionist say from the nurse's room, "they're still here." I responded, "Yes, we are still here." After nearly an hour, I decided to pay and later submit a claim to my insurance for reimbursement. The nurse who took my vital signs was extremely unpleasant. It seemed like she was having a bad day, and regardless of that, she was very aggressive, irritated, and unkind toward me, as if I had done something wrong or as if she was doing me a favor by treating me. After that, the doctor came in -- and he truly was my savior. His name was Roby. He was kind, professional, and treated me properly. He explained everything thoroughly and showed genuine care. I was emotional and explained to him that I had worked as a medic on ambulances, and that I know what it means to treat patients with respect -- even when personal issues exist, you put everything aside to provide proper care. I was extremely disappointed, hurt, and offended by the terrible service I received from the receptionist, who was full of ego, showed no concern for whether I received medical care, did not do her job properly, and made no real effort to help. I was equally disappointed by the nurse, who behaved as if I was a problem and as if treating me was a burden. The doctor was the only person who truly helped me. I ultimately left the clinic in tears, deeply disappointed by the disrespectful and unacceptable treatment I received from those two staff members.

If you are a woman approaching menopause, you need to go here immediately!!! This is functional…read moremedicine at its finest! I have been seeing Nurse Pam or Kimberly twice a year for 2 or 3 years to stay on top of my changing body's needs. These practitioners do NOT: 1. Just guess at what you need. 2. Treat your symptoms with synthetic big pharma chemicals 3. Make you take a crap ton of expensive supplements for the rest of your life, and not even help you understand why you're taking them 4. Chalk up all your symptoms as "just part of the aging process" and expect you to just accept it. They will conduct a thorough blood panel (Eric is the most phenomenal phlebotomist! You will love him!) and then they look very carefully at all your numbers and they address each one methodically: For example: Likely you have a vitamin D deficiency Likely you have a vitamin B deficiency Likely you need magnesium Likely you need to clean up your gut! Maybe you need to bump up some of your hormones-- they are on the cutting edge of menopause medical science (aka Dr Mary Claire Haver!!!) They will monitor you every six months and adjust your regimen. Accordingly, even taking things off that you don't need anymore or finding you great alternatives that cost less.... I have felt better and better every year and feel more and more in control of my health and vitality as I age! Thank you Forum Health!

I grew up nearby and am in the area several times every year -- and I'm glad CFB will be my gym away from home when I'm there. Other boxes I've tried in the area were too macho, impersonal, or big, the kind of places where beginners might get lost in a class or trainers can't pay real attention to how people are doing physically demanding movements. I enjoyed working with Hillary, who was very attentive and gave me some very helpful feedback on my form, even though I was a drop-in client. The workout included a more intensive metcon than I'm used to, but it was fun! The other people in the class were friendly and welcomed me immediately, which I think is always a sign of a great gym culture.

The workout was very challenging, however, the instructors had many variations for the people who couldn't make it through the normal routine! After the workout was complete my whole body was sore (in a good way) and I felt like I had really gotten a good one! The facility is large and open, plenty of room for you to do what you need to do! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone, beginner to expert! Ask for Georgia she is the best instructor they have!!
