I had her check some local appliance places as I try to keep our money local with local small businesses. She happened across House Depot and went to look around. Aaron greeted her and showed her what they had. Now House Depot sells new units that may have some blemishes or were denied delivery for one reason or the other. House Depot is then able to sell these new with warranty units at deep discounts. We were interested in two units, but I wanted to see them in person. I was able to get to their place of business about 15 minutes before they closed and looked at both. Aaron was gracious and stayed after closing to answer all of our questions and worked a cash deal on one of the units. We set up delivery for the next day. The unit was delivered and set up the next day as promised. Since this is a new unit there were a couple of questions I had that were not answered with the owners manual. Aaron called me back within a few minutes of leaving a message and answered my questions that also alleviated a concern I had. Aaron was so great to work with, the entire experience was top notch. If we need any new appliances, we WILL be going back to House Depot, the products, delivery, pricing and treatment just can't be beat. Also our money is staying in town with a small local business.
